Summer Palace Restaurant

Just moved to the area and have ordered 3 times in the last month! Twice delivery and picked up tonight. All orders have been filled quickly and quality great. As a vegetarian sometimes it’s hard to find good quality and variety - tofu dishes are flavorful and tofu perfectly fried and not overly breaded. The General Tao’s Tofu is my go-to and husband loves the sesame chicken and steamed dumplings.

We had our food delivered. The portions were generous and the food was tasty. We ended up ordering two nights in a row to our hotel room.

I come here as a regular for the soup and sushi, both are very good. On DoorDash and in restaurant I believe, is a very good special. This sashimi boat is priced around $18 and comes with soup and salad. Everything was tasty and wonderful.

The sashimi was delicious, fresh, and plated and displayed very nice. If you love sashimi and want a good deal, try this out! Not pictured is the egg drop soup I also got. It was $3.95 for this big container. The soup is very comforting and warm.

Portions were great, the veggie selection and spice on the Szechuan chicken was incredible. Egg drop soup was great too. Delivery was fast and prices reasonable for the amount of food!

It is not a big, fancy and touristic place, but is really cosy. The food is well prepared and the owner is also one of the sushi men. The price is not as high as usual for Japanese food in Orlando and you may enjoy good oriental beers, such as Kirin and Asahi. Loved the place!

Summer Palace is our neighborhood favorite. We usually dine late, after 8 pm and never have to wait for a table. The staff is friendly and attentive. I always get the Singapore rice noodles, pictured here. As you can see the portion is HUGE! I always have another meal the next day with the leftovers. I order extra curry sauce on the side as it is a little dry for my taste. The spices are spot on and it brings the heat! Also L be their wonton soup and cashew chicken.

The service was top notch. The food was delicious. And the portions? HUGE for the price. Our sushi rolls were fresh and big, and not over $10!!!! The only problem was the fried rice tasted old-ish, but there was so much food on the plate that we didn't feel cheated.

We absolutely love this place their food is so so delicious we always look forward to it!!! We love their fried rice, noodles and pot stickers. More, importantly their service is very welcoming and amazing. We normally take out food.

The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Me and my family have been ordering from this restaurant for roughly 4-5 years exact. The food is delicious and they never let us down. Customer service 5 stars.

What a pleasure it is to visit Summer Palace! Great food in huge portions consistently delicious, excellent service, and always welcomed with a smile. I truly cant figure out how the lady in the front can solely keep up while simultaneously answering the phone, taking walk in orders, and dealing with all the UBER drivers. Thank you guys for feeding our entire High Voltage crew!

I saw your bad comments from June 24th, in order to improve our customer service I called all the customers who came to our restaurant picked up orders around that time, I really like to find out what happen actually. But all customers said everything was good, nothing wrong, none of them left such a bad review from a user name “Anna E”.
Then Checked all Uber, Doordash, Grubhub customers and delivery drivers names and photos, then we found you. Actually you were a Uber driver came to our restaurant picked up a delivery order for customer “Sarah N” at 9:10pm, as we know, at first you was trying to take the food bag without indicating the cashier lady, when the cashier lady asked you to wait a second for her to finish taking a walk-in customer order, you interrupted the conversation between the cashier lady and customer twice. Based on the facts, I don’t think the cashier lady was rude to you, we have first come first serve policy, and every minute on your delivery trip including you wait in restaurant for food preparing is fully paid by Uber company.
I will file an incident report based on your actual behavior to clarify you were an Uber delivery driver not our regular customer.

Great selection of food for a decent price. We love their Sweet and Sour Chicken and Lo Mein. Plus, they have some pretty good sushi selection. The Tuna Rolls are affordable and tasty. We always do take out and never have an issue.

We order food to go about once a month. They always handle our special requests properly. Food is nicely prepared. We are pleased.

Just their Sushi is kind of cheap and lower class. That’s why their Sushi Guy is eating behind the Sushi bar instead of working.

This has certainly been my number one Chinese take out choice since moving to Florida. The staff are wonderful and the food is hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I am often hesitant with seafood or meat when ordering out, however, here the meat is always juicy and never dry. Sushi is also incredibly delicious and the only place I will order it as a take out option. Absolutely love this restaurant!

My daughter and I absolutely love Summer Palace! We have been searching for some delicious Asian food and finally we found Summer Palace and took a chance. We are always greeted by the sweetest woman who always takes our order and we never have to wait long even though we would if needed. The pricing is great for the quantity but most of all quality. I love the vegetable fried rice and it is full with fresh crisp vegetables my daughter loves the plain Lo mein and white rice and they have amazing "House Mustard" if you like a spicy kick. Thank you to everyone at Summer Palace. One thing we do wish is that they had dessert but it won't keep us from coming back for more.

Food has always been consistent. Disclaimer, I only get the udon, with various meats each time. I can't speak on the rest of the menu but my friends do enjoy the sushi. They get full stars simply due to their consistency. More than 10 times and there's little to no difference from the first meal I had? That's quite an accomplishment these days in my book.

We ordered through Uber eats and the food was very good. Well packaged for delivery. Would order from here again.

Best Chinese food we've tried since moving from NYC! It satisfied our craving for good Chinese food. Chicken w brocolli is great as as is general tsos! Wonton soup is also delicious. I definitely recommend for safe and delicious take out during this time!

Always order take out. Their food is great and they are very quick.
