I guess I'm leaving this review before going to get loaded tomorrow. If I'm out of there within 2 hours.. I'll change my rating..below is an X-ray of my knee surgery, so I can't be sitting around waiting all day(edit) in and out in about 1.5 hours

Gate opens at 7 30, check in at 8. Got there 4th in line. Got in fast. Outside loading took about 20 mins. When you get to the gate to leave, there's a yellow box on the left scan your bol barcode to open the gate. Great experience.

Good facilities and staff, quick unloading time. Just make sure you have safety equipment(hard hat, safety googles, reflective vest)before you go there or they will send you out to find some safety equipment. They will not touch you if you don't.

To check in, you must be the first one in line at the front of the gate in order to check in, do not get out until you are first in line. ALL PPE REQUIRED! No EXEMPTION. Bring CDL and PICK UP NUMBER. They’ll tell you to go inside and park and wait......... and wait.....forklift driver showed up and took my key. waited 1hr to get loaded. Now, you have to get on the gravel lot part to secure the freight. YOU CANNOT GET ON THE TRAILER AT ALL to SECURE THE LOAD. There’s a ladder available if you need assistance. I guess the waiting game depends on where the freight is going. There’s no sense of Urgency here. Dont be in a hurry cos you will have to wait. Dont get discourage though. Keep truckin’ and be safe my fellow drivers!

There's no reason in summer time to have the semi truck drivers sitting in doc with there engines off and it's 100F . When you're forklift driver is running around in AC units. This is a major health risk to person driving them semi truck. Provide a AC driver lounge or let semi truck drivers idle in dock for the air conditioning. Go outside at 12-1300 sit for 30min to 40min in your car no AC. And only two windows down. Then respond to my comment. This me seems like OSHA violation.

Over 3:45mi just to start loading. Need to back up on blind side.

This place doesn’t even deserve stars! Got here 30 min before closing me and another truck was turned away was told they are done and plus it was raining( your loaded under docks) , and was told to be here at 7am the next day I show up and they don’t open til 8AM!! Checking person seen me as I watched her walk into the office. My first time here and I say this place needs NEW Management

Been here since 9:30 still not even close to being loaded its now 1500. Sorry place sorry employees. Nobody wants to do their job but expect drivers to just sit and wait. They will speed up loading when 4 o’clock comes around. There are 25-30 trucks here waiting like me. Best thing to happen to this place would be fire them all and shut it down.very poor management at this facility!

This company is obsessed with safety rules. They don't load you unless you have a safety west and a hard hat. I only had the vest and they made me go and buy a hard hat. I spent at least an hour finding it. And guess what, when I got in, I spent my time in the truck. I only got out (under a clear sky!) to give to the loader some straps and my truck keys (...yeah keys! you know, so I won't run away while they loading...). That's it! I stayed in the truck until the loader brought me the papers and my keys. Question: why did I need that hat???

Got here three and half hours ago. Was 3rd truck here. Now theres 12 or 15 trucks here still not back and no one tells you anything. Also wont check you in unless you're at front of line only.

Unprofessional , rude , & VERY SLOW !! Be prepared to sit in your cab for hours with the truck turned off since they take your keys once you park.

If you come here to get loaded I hope you like to wait. Plenty of trucks in line and they load them one at a time. Make yourself comfortable and get a nap. This place is a great way to throw away your shift clock
