AT&T Store

Super fast service. Always walk right in and get help immediately (unlike Charter where it’s a minimum of an hour wait). Very knowledgeable staff. Ryan is the BEST. Very good. Very patient. Goes above and beyond to help. In a time where customer service is lacking, Ryan is the perfect example of how customer service used to be and should be!

Chris helped us change our phone plan from Verizon to AT&T with no issues. He was super helpful and answered all of our questions. We were highly satisfied and will return to this store for any questions or concerns.

I came in here initially 2 years ago after losing my phone and needed a new one. Then I came in the other day to upgrade my phone. Ty was my representative BOTH times and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable and very personable. I waited no longer than 20 seconds before I was in a seat and getting started. He helped with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Went in to have phone activated. Sales rep Ryan E. was absolutely great. Met us at the door, told him what I needed and he went straight to work. We had called the att on hwy 29 first and they told me they couldn't do what I needed. Everytime I call the one on hwy 29 in Athens they have never been helpful at all. Not even sure why they have a store over here. So if you need att help go to Epps Bridge and see Ryan. He is great and super helpful.

Worked with Madi on a fraud issue. She was outstanding! She took the time to work through the issues she could assist with at her level and stayed engaged while I dealt with the fraud team via phone call. I can't say enough good things about her and the care & attention she showed.

Was greeted by Ty within the first minute of my arrival. We discussed my needs and he helped me replace my damaged phone. He was a good listener and was never distracted during our meeting. He reviewed the paperwork in full. Overall it was a very positive experience. Thank you Ty!!

I highly recommend this store Madeline Smith went above and beyond to help us and was very patient with my small grandchildren and very pleasant. I highly recommend if you go to this store to ask for her. She answered all the questions we needed and more. Definitely would give her 10 stars

Raj was so helpful, we entered the store thinking we had problems with our phones and would have to upgrade. We were told at 2 other AT&T store's we just needed new phone's. Raj took the time to work with us and show us our phones were fine, at one point I said we were old he said no you are just uninformed. He went into our account and updated our information and saved us money. Raj is wonderful.

We went to the AT&T store in Athens to add a line and buy a new phone. Maddie greeted us at the door and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about her job. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.
The whole process was quick and easy.

Tee was amazing. All 3 of us got upgrades. Tee took care of everything and answered every question. We were out in less then 90 minutes. Thank you Tee for your professionalism and smiles.

The manager of the store (Wilfredo) was awesome!! I am a manager myself and watching him multitask, lead his team, greet brew arriving guests all while never making us feel un-helped or unimportant, it was truly impressive.
We got what we came for and in way less time than we thought we would.

Ryan listened attentively to my objective for the visit to the store and immediately described my options with AT&T. He was very efficient and my new internet account was established promptly. Ryan patiently reviewed and explained the necessary details. Thank you for this level of exceptional customer service.

I called and talked to a young man named Alex. He told me they had the iPhone I was looking for. When I got to the store he was waiting for me.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
He told me about special deals and gave me options for different covers. Transferred my data from one phone to another and everything was done within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location and would definitely ask for Alex. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Recently my father and I had a rather unpleasant experience with AT&T to say the least. A simple task that should have taken a matter of minutes, ended up taking three days, over 48 hours without service, and over ten hours on the phone with AT&T support. However, this review is not to complain about AT&T, but rather to commend Raj on going way above and beyond to get the matter dealt with, and retain us as customers. A good work ethic is rare these day; much less someone taking on more than their job description to ensure a customer is happy. However, that is exactly what Raj did. Besides being personable, patient, and professional, Raj would not stop, or try to pass us along to someone else to get the job done. No matter how many road blocks we hit, he continued to take it upon himself to find another way. Raj’s diligence represents himself and his company extremely well, and despite the overall poor experience we had with AT&T, he is the reason we are still customers today!

Great service could not get any better yet the att in hull ain't worth bothering with they will not do anything but the one in Epps bridge is great

Edwin and the staff made me feel taken care of even when the customer support could not. My review would have been one star if not for the amazing staff!

After a long day, I needed to return a phone I got from the AT&T website and get a different model phone for my wife. She just didn't like the phone we pre-ordered after using it for a few days. We were lucky enough to be assisted by Ryan. He listened to our problem, and helped us get the phone my wife really wanted. He also helped us install the screen protector and the case. His level of detail while doing these things was impressive. I've been "helped" by others who can't figure out what side of the phone to put the screen protector on, so it was refreshing to see an expert at work. In addition to helping us return our original phone, help us get the new phone, help us pick and install our accessories, he also helped us switch to a much better plan to improve our overall experience for the long term. 5G, unlimited data that does not slow down, hotspot etc... All of these things he did with a smile and got it all right!!!! We had no issues with anything we did in the store with him. If you get the chance, ask for him.

If his management team reads these review, sign him up for a leadership position while you still have him. Good employees are very rare these days.
