Best Buy

I have to say I hate shopping so usually if I go into a store I beeline to exactly what I need then get out. I did this at Best Buy in Epps Bridge and with one question found where the tablets were and when an employee named Oscar Nunez asked how he could help me, we were off to the races. This young man was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I found exactly what I needed in about five minutes and in ten more Oscar had produced all the necessary bits and pieces I needed and I was out the door. Thank you Oscar! If I could have help like this all the time I might enjoy shopping more!

I don’t usually write reviews BUT I went in today and I was looking for a headphone set for my boyfriend and had no idea what I was looking for but I asked an associate, Oscar, and he helped me find literally everything I needed. The store was super great and helpful. Oscar, specifically, even went out of his way to make sure I was fully happy with my experience and I appreciate that especially with the customer service in recent years. You don’t see that everyday! I have never had a good experience in Best Buy and I’m so so glad I went there.

We needed new kitchen appliances so we walked into Best Buy & Roberto jumped right in and did an amazing job. He is a very efficient and thorough salesman and made it a very pleasant experience! We ordered all Kitchen Aid appliances on Saturday February 3rd and they were delivered and installed by Juan (in only 2 hours) by Wednesday February 7th! These guys are the best! I couldn’t be happier with the service and the products!

Brooks was incredibly helpful! I gave him a spec sheet for the type of computer I needed for work & he ensured that I got exactly what was needed. He made a really dreadful task super easy for me.

I haven't visited the Best Buy store in a while, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the store was now carrying high-end barista units in the appliance section. Maybe next purchase....

Our primary purpose of this visit was to check out the home office computer desktops. The Best Buy associate, Michelle, assisted us with our questions and provided additional information about the various units. Michelle is very knowledgeable in this area, and we were fortunate to have her expertise available to answer our many questions so we could make an informed decision about the unit that would meet our needs.

We stopped in to get an SD card for my daughter's new camera. We wanted to make sure we got the correct one, but they were so busy, every employee was with a customer. We waited patiently but another customer that had not been helped yet became angry and made some ugly comments. Worker Lee politely excused himself from his customer, calmed the irate gentleman, called for another worker to come help him, and then showed us the correct SD card. He remained so calm & poised, while helping 3 different customers! Kudos Lee!

Lee Ventura, the GM, looked far and wide for my Surface Pro 9 and I really appreciate that! He was super helpful with information that allowed us to make the best purchase. Thanks, Lee!

Love buying from Best Buy because of their Geek Squad protection! I bought my wireless earbuds from them and when they broke after 2 years I got them replaced... even upgraded to the newest version for only the difference in what I paid for my old ones and the cost of the new ones. The staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll definitely buy from them again.

The tech protection plan saved me a lot of money. All I gotta do is 📞 and make an appointment. The tech agent will do the rest. I have had the plan for 3 years. Geek Squat set up the Smart TV, Google Nest and Ring products. Moved to another state, Geek Squat was there for me. Best Buy has excellent service and friendly customers. Try it and you will see.

We live in north Georgia but ended up buying a Samsung S7 FE from Athens. Had to find a store where it was in stock. It was our good fortune to meet Josh - one of the sales representatives at this location. His patience, knowledge, personality, and “eager to help” attitude made this over the phone purchase truly enjoyable. So easy to talk with and understand - our new go to store. Thank you, Josh

The home theatre staff did an outstanding job helping me to pick up the right setup for my theatre room.

If you ever get the chance to meet Jeremy here don’t miss out on it. Most helpful retail worked I’ve ever met. He personally took an hour out of his time to help me in the purchase of a new MacBook and trade in. Very confusing process for whatever reason but he went above and beyond his role to help me out. Great guy and even better worker. Thanks Jeremy!

Every time I go to the store the staff is always friendly stores always well-organized well-stocked. The staff is well knowledgeable and always ready to share that knowledge with you no matter what your knowledge base is.

Very nice location. There seems to be a larger selection at this store than my other store back in Nc. The staff here were very friendly and willing to show me where the item was located that I was looking for. And they were able to price match amazon. Why wait for an item when you can have it that exact day, go Best Buy 5stars.

Based on this visit, I did not have any problems finding assistance. I purchased Adobe Photoshop based on conversations with helpful employees and my needs. It is Wednesday 1pm. Good time to shop.
