Went here for a notary service and even though they were busy, they were looking out for each customer and handling things effectively without rushing things. My appointment was very affordable (under $10) and was a pleasant experience! Highly recommended this location!

Joseph was very friendly and helpful with my drops offs today. Several registers/employees assisting, meaning no wait. They are always on top of it every time I walk in. Love this store!

This location of the UPS Store is one of the best stores around. They are helpful, friendly, and highly professional. They are always willing to assist with shipping and extend a helping hand. Their staff is patient with all our questions and offers the best solutions to our needs. I used this store for the first time during December of 2022. I will NEVER go to the UPS store on Alps road again.
The staff at this location is efficient, friendly, and fast! There was a line that went out the door, yet I got help in less than 1 minute. Highly recommend.

Had to ship a high ticket item prior to the holiday. Created my own label, unbeknownst to me this hub couldn’t accept the package it they went above and beyond to explain who could. Great service and honestly appreciate the honesty. I continue to drop off items weekly and have yet to run into any issues.

Price are great for copies and notary services. Very friendly staff.

I was attempting to ship holsters from my business to a law enforcement agency in South Georgia. I'd initially gone to the location in Butler's Crossing near Watkinsville, where the staff was rude and refused to help me. That store told me I'd need to go the hub in Bogart.

I decided to call the Epps Bridge location, which was between my location and the depot in Bogart. I explained my situation to the employees by phone and they assured me that they could ship holsters or accessories. They said they'd be waiting on me.

On arrival at that store, there were approximately 10 employees working at a fast pace and moving a bunch of customers through quickly. When I entered with the boxes, I was greeted and a young lady asked "Are you the guy with the holsters? We've been waiting for you." The Epps Bridge staff were all polite, professional, eager to do business, and happily shipped the same items with full knowledge of what they were. They confirmed that they can take any firearms accessory as long as there is no ammo, firearms parts, or firearms. I spent about $300 at that location and was in and out in 5 minutes with all the goods professionally packed. They even ran after me when I forgot my original plastic bins inside the store.

This store is highly organized, professional, and the employees seem like they're interested in working. My package went out that day and reached Savannah by the next day.

I sent UPS an upload of an invitation I wanted printed for a birthday party and the turnaround was super quick! I wasn't expecting them to be ready in an hour and a half, and they look fantastic! They were the best price for the job, as well. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you!

Today I visited this location and the service was outstanding!!! The staff is helpful, efficient and friendly! Not exactly the norm these days. They immediately welcome you and ask what you they can help you with. Truly amazing! Thank you for making my life easy today.

I had a wonderful experience today at the UPS store on Epps! I needed a last minute print and expected for them to turn me away or ask me to come back tomorrow to pick it up. They took the time to print it for me right then. The guy named Jared was so kind and didn’t make me feel like I was an annoyance 🤣 Despite the fact that there were 100+ packages coming in and a million people rushing to send last min Christmas gifts. I know it’s the busiest time of year for them and wasn’t expecting their kindness and patience today

I was apprehensive about shipping something so close to Christmas but this location was fast, friendly, and easy! So pleased with the service I received! Highly recommend this location over other local places.

This location of the UPS Store is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly! They have a really quick turn-around time for all our orders whether it is for copies, laminates, or printing. UPS at Epps Bridge is the best at anything we’ve ever had done there: Christmas cards, posters, cookbooks, and more. Always perfect with reasonable prices and greatest service ever. So pleased with their work!

I had a very good experience at this store. I had to photocopy lots of documents and mail them.
The people at counter were courteous, patient, and helpful. We even had a couple of extra copies that we made by accident and they didn't charge me for them.
