We had a lot of fun. The store is set up very well, with everything well organized and well stocked. There was a really cute section for decorations and we were able to find what we needed to repaint our kitchen and then go look at decorations. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely enjoyed our shopping experience.

Josh from paint was very informative and helpful. I needed to paint over wallpaper and Josh guided me through the process and helped me pick out the things I needed thanks again for making my life easier.

Had to go get screws to put on table legs because they were lost in the move. One of the guys in hardware was able to help me out very quickly. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes with exactly what I needed.

If you need to add insulation, talk to Ralph at the pro desk.

We increased our insulation to R49 across the house and R60 over the bonus room. Ralph set us up the week before with guidance that helped assure once we were ready to start blowing the insulation, we were all set.

Is ok but for appliances I rated big savings but I love going there for tools very good variety of tools and home improvement

This is a great store. The employees seem happy and are diligent to help (or find someone who can). Ive been surprised by the employees at the return/refund counter - as the way they conduct themselves, handle defective merchandise, and their overall positive attitude makes a normally tedious, mundane, and stale experience a rather pleasant one.

Not impressed. The dryer I waned to buy is not available in the white color, only the designer color. I wanted the washer, dryer, and 2 pedestals. I waned a matching set in the same color. Home Depot emailed a quote for the WRONG dryer! I then requested to get a discount on the designer color of $200 for the full set, since the white is cheaper and the designer color is in stock. The manager refused. I also pointed out that the competitor's warranty is cheaper, could they match the warranty, and they said no. The manager was only willing to take off $100 for the full set pus the warranty. I don't think my request was unreasonable by any means. Sorry Home Depot, but I have to buy elsewhere. Oh and when I tried to call it took 16 minutes and 3 tries to get someone so I also missed most of my lunch break! Guess Home Depot does not like my money. Thanks to the manager. Price matching is a LIE! Home Depot does not value customers only their MONEY!

My favorite store! Even though no Home Depot employees barely ever helps me in the store loading stuff up.

Thank you Home Depot for offering bulk savings to all your customers. Your competitors don't unless you're a professional. I will be back to shop at Home Depot.

Seriously the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Home Depot. Judy in the fridge area was great, looking for and comparing features that we might need. Usually I get every worker avoiding eye contact but so many employees here asked if they could help and were super friendly.

The assistant manager, Jeramy, was amazing. He helped me get my perfect Christmas tree!!! Athens did not have it in stock so he goes out of his way to call the nearest store that had them in stock. Jeremy even requested that the Buford store put my name and # on the box and had them bring it to the service desk, all I had to do was go straight to the desk pay and right back out with my perfect tree. Thank you so much Jeramy for all your help, you were also very pleasant to speak with. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas, Jackie.🎄🎄

Really Friendly staff (Danny/Donny? was excellent example of superior customer service). Had everything I needed @ decent $'s. Definitely a-comin' back....

They’ve improve greatly! They have the store brighter( better lighting), more staff that are friendly and very helpful, and checkout was a breeze! The shelves were well stocked with more product selection than we found at Lowe’s. The whole shopping experience was better which included upbeat background music. Thank you Home Depot and whoever made these improvements!

Received wrong bit for tool rental so associate didn't charge me for rental upon returning the tool because I had to drive back to get the correct bit. Mistakes happen they don't bother much. How they handle the mistake or don't handle it matters to Me and they handled it correctly so 5 stars from me ill keep coming back like I always do

I'm usually a Lowe's shopper. However, Home Depot happened to be able to handle something I needed today. I was very please and surprised with the wonderful experience I had. I hope they will continue in my FUTURE visits. The Painting department and the cashier went above and beyond.

I am beyond impressed with the support and customer service I received yesterday. I went to the paint counter asking for help to match with a “sample” of my wall paint, I felt bad bc i know it was a terrible sample. My paint was stuck on the command strips and I didn’t want to make my wall worse. But the girls working last night were so sweet and helpful. One advised me to bring a sample from behind my outlet next time. Thank you Home Depot!!!

Employees always offer to help with items your looking for. Paint department managers guy and galls are knowledgeable, as we painted 2 levels/2 houses. Great customer service. George Wilson, a store manager is always very knowledgeable in all departments. He's always there, and always knows what's needed for our different areas of our home remodel over the past 3 years. Hes our Go-To Home Depot person. Sandra at the front end always checks us out quickly and efficiently, and super friendly. Thanks Monroe Home Depot!

So many customer service representatives will stop what they are doing to help you bc they are so attentive to you. They noticed the look on my face of being lost...I didn't have to find a Home Depot employee bc they found me. Smooth sailing from that point on...Thank you.

Quick trip. Looking for a crate. Asked an employee, got a row number and went straight to it. Checkout a breeze, employee assisted. Great experience.
