Senoia Family Care

Came in with a really severe urinary tract infection. I was given a 10-day antibiotic which worked well. The staff is very polite and very concerned. After the antibiotic I was feeling better. I was happy that they take Medicaid. Until now I have not been able to find a family doctor for myself.

The nurse, Tessa, was great today while drawing my blood. My veins roll and usually end with me being stuck several times before anyone can succeed.
She got it on the first try, and didn't hurt me at all.

My family has been going to this office for years. From back when Dr. Greening himself was still there. My children who started seeing him when they were 3,6, and 8 are still going here and they are in their late teens and early 20s. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Small town feel and you get in and out pretty fast.

The staff at this doctors office have been amazing to our family. They always get our appointments quick, never a long wait, Dr. Deb Scott has.put a lot of work into rebuilding the this office and the patients. I cannot thank this staff enough for helping me reach a personal goal of losing 50 pounds. I still have a long way to go, but I would not have made it this far without Dr. Deb, Teza, Shannon, and Kelli and their encouragement and support. Each week when I weigh in, they are so genuinely excited for my progress! When I did not think I could lose weight at all, they believed it for me, and I am so thankful for that.

Each time I visit the office everyone is professional and courteous, but more than that, they are always willing to go above and beyond to listen, and to do whatever they can. They definitely care for their patients as individuals, and to me that makes a HUGE difference!

Excellent care provided by everyone at the office from Heather at the front desk, the nurse Tessa, to Jodi the NP. Each of them takes the time to listen to you and they care about your concerns.

I've enjoyed every visit that I've had here. The staff is friendly and informative. I normally don't like doctor offices but they make the experience comfortable and quick. I've dealt with them before and during covid and the service is still top notch!

Dr. Dana Chaffin always takes her time with me to answer all of my questions and concerns when I see her. I never feel rushed as a patient when she examines me. Her office staff is plesant and go above and beyond to serve patients. I feel blessed to have Dr. Chaffin as my primary dr. A+++ 4 stars

Senoia Family Care is a great doctor's office. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner. I would highly recommend them to any one who is looking for a primary care doctor.

This office took good care of me and took me as a walk in when I really needed them when I wasnt feeling well after a job I was on and they took care of me and and gave me a honest diagnosis and helped me resolve my issue Very good staff and very clean environment I recommend them to all my friends and family and I tell all my customers about them thanks again....

I have been threw a lot and a good place for primary is critical for me. This place really cares about people and so far has gone over and above to help me. Totally recommend them.

Recently started going here. It took multiple calls over several weeks to get an appointment because they don't answer the phones. Now going on a week and half and still can not get a test scheduled and again still can't ever get someone to answer the phones.

This facility closed its doors over a month ago - did not pay the employees - and still tried to bill for services that are unavailable. Unable to reach anyone at any place for Healthy Heart Clinics. Corporate unreachable,

Never answers the phone or returns phone calls and when they do it’s days or weeks later. Even the pharmacy told me they have trouble getting in touch with them to approve refills. When calling with questions for nurse/doctor about current medication or medical issues it takes days to hear back if you hear back at all.
