I am absolutely amazed by the staff at this Urgent care, very friendly and caring. I came in today to have stitches removed definitely the best experience at any medical office in my life thank you so much this place Is UNDENIABLY THE BEST 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Great care and thoughtful practitioners. Got me in quick and did a thorough exam with care and patience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good urgent care facility/practice.

I love being able to actually schedule a slot online; the staff are very attentive and polite; the health pros LISTEN. I feel like they partner with me.

First time visit- & was a great experience. All of the staff showed kindness & caring. Took their time with me, while doing a thorough job. I was also taken back to the exam room, immediately after filling out paperwork. The doctor was also in the room with me within a couple of minutes! This will definitely be our urgent care “go-to” from now on.

I went to this urgent care yesterday because of a case of poison ivy. In case you’ve never had it it was like an itch that you’ve set on fire. I was miserable, unable to sleep, and had been treating it myself but it was not getting better. I appreciated that I was quickly seen, that they treated me with respect and concern (not like “oh, you’re OK” like I sometimes feel at my regular physician) and gave me a steroid shot plus pills and cream. I went home and took a nap and woke up immediately better due to the shot. Best decision ever and I only wish I had not waited 4 days to go.

I was seen quickly and making an appointment was easy. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and polite. She made sure my prescription was sent quickly to the Walgreens pharmacy. Being from out of town, it was very difficult getting an appointment in other nearby urgent cares but this place was superb. The medical staff was friendly and efficient. My condition was improved soon after starting the meds they gave me. I highly recommend this urgent care as opposed to others in the area.

My first time visit with Undeniable Healthcare was very nice. Every staff member that I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. My wait in the lobby was very short. The physician's assistant was very attentive to my problems and concerns and seemed very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The appointment and scheduling process was very easy and I was able to make an appointment only an hour and a half before my visit. Everyone at this office seem very concerned about my health and Recovery. I at no time felt like I was just one more patient that they had to get through before they went home. I would recommend this facility to anyone and I'm very glad that I chose them for my Healthcare.

I drive 30 minutes to this location because the staff is the best!

Staff is fantastic, very sweet and helpful. Generally less busy than other local urgent cares, I think not a lot of people know it’s there.

Oh the benefits of small town—in and out! Stopped by the Urgent Cares (2 of them) in town, and 3 hours waits and tons of people. Stopped by on the way home, registered on line, seen within 5 minutes and out the door in 10! Awesome! Got what we needed and ran next door to pick up the RX! Easy and fast friendly service!

It was excellent and everyone very friendly and efficient! Excellent care and Wk over an hr to get a piece of glass out of my knee! I have been here several times and they are always ready to help and I will be back if needed!

The staff were very professional and courteous and the facility was very clean and appealing.
Service was very unbelievably fast and efficient.I came for a COVID test and was offered within 30 minutes and results were delivered right at the consultation room.
Definitely will return if necessary.
