Adam was an amazing realtor to work with. We were navigating the process of selling our home and purchasing new construction at the same time. All with a contingency plan attached. Adam was there to help and answer questions every step of the way and dealt with my anxiety in a concise professional manner all the way through. He had the house we sold under contract in less than 24 hours !!!! As a matter of fact the offer was given prior to fully hitting the market. Matt was our realtor for both the buying of our new house and the selling of our old house. He was very responsive to all of our questions and he really looked out for us. The house we bought was in the process of being built and Matt was there through the various walkthroughs to point out things we would have never thought about. Moreover, he requested, and continued to follow up with the builder about how our backyard was designed and made sure the builders leveled it out before we closed. Matt was super great to work with! Well I was looking at a house on Saturday through the realtor app and Adam was the only realtor that actually respond and was not a computer. After meeting him in person and going to the first house, it took no time to realize that he actually was truly trying to help me find a house and not just get commission. When I set a price point he stayed that and was not pushing it up, and when I actually found a house I liked higher then my price point he pulled me to the side and reminded me of my point and wasn’t going for the sell. I am so glad that I have found this reality group and will definitely use them again if I ever need to move or anyone I know needs to move. You will not be disappointed or have any regrets about going with this team.

I came into purchasing my first home with absolutely no knowledge of how to buy a home. Fortunately Matthew is a very patient person with a lot of knowledge who never once made me feel unintelligent for not knowing even the basics of what to do and ensured that I got a good deal on a home during  the negotiation process. One of the many things I liked about Matt, among him always being able to speak with me, is that he seems to actually want you to get a good deal more than he wants to sell a house. If I thought something might be a good deal, he would, without forcing his opinion on me, inform me of reasons that he didn't think it was as smart of a purchase as I might have thought (i.e. crime rate in or near by, flood areas, etc). It was very reassuring at how knowledgeable and thorough of a real estate agent he is, who on a couple of occasions went and checked out the house after some bad storms to make sure that there was nothing wrong with it. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who ask.

Honest, straight-forward, and tireless describes these agents. Adam listened when I expressed what I wanted, and found that "needle in the haystack". He always answered my emails and returned phone calls very quickly. He kept me informed about everything that was going on with both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new one. All in all, working with this group was an excellent experience!
