Been here a handful of times when working on projects and found myself missing a piece. Always extremely helpful as soon as I walk through the door to make sure I have everything I need.

Absolutely my favorite Ace Hardware. Their top notch greetings at the door and knowledgeable staff make it an easy in and out experience. I have all my Stihl items repaired quickly which keeps my landscaping company “Walt’s Landscaping and Lighting” fully equipped to service our clients.

The BEST customer service. I was so impressed last time I went. It was a bunch of younger high school boys and they were WORKING. Asked what you needed when you walked in the door and one ran and grabbed it while the other rang you up. Everyone who walked in was in and out in under 5 minutes. Super impressed with their work ethic and how polite everyone was! I won’t go anywhere else.

Quick stop for an item or two; they have what I need and staff waiting at the door to help you with your shopping; much quicker than venturing to the Home Depot where buying one or two items would take all day. Staff at this location has always been friendly and seems to always be hustling.

I have always received excellent service from the associates! Kudos to the management and staff. I do have a vast experience with everything mechanical and electrical which makes the interaction seamless. I know what I need and the associate converts that data into what might be of help. I believe that this quality shared among the staff is integral to providing guidance to anyone, of any experience, with an answer about what products might solve your issue. The staff will be patient with you during the process. Please extend them the same courtesy! Not everyone is looking for a duplicate key or something else equally easy to acquire. The DIY folks that might not have a wealth of knowledge and experience will usually require the help of a staff that has quite literally seen it all. Take the plunge with difficult tasks that you might think are out of your 'league'. With suggestions and a bit of guidance I think you will be gratified by DIY.

I do a lot of odd and ends type of projects that require a lot of pieces and some times I have no idea how to get what I need. Well the guys at Miles Ace Hardware are a great help to me! I really like this place. Reminds me of the old time hardware shops. As much as I like looking for things myself and not being bothered by staff, the employees here are super helpful.

It's one of my favorite hardware stores. It usually has what I want, and if they don't have it, they know who will. Several folks up fri t ready to help, and you're out in a matter of mins. My kind of place.

My fiancé and I had assistance from a tall guy with dark hair. When we first walked in the store he asked if we needed help with anything and proceeded to help with every need that we had. I honestly hate that I didn’t get his name because he was extremely helpful. I needed two keys shaped for my vehicle and I received exceptional service. This was our first time coming here and we will most definitely be back! Thanks again for providing amazing customer service.

I've never been disappointed here... I was working on some wiring on the boat, needed solder and got a late start headed to Miles. I arrived just as the last employee was locking the doors, about 5 minutes too late. He asked what I needed, then re-opened the doors, disarmed the alarm, asked me in and got what I needed. I was so grateful! That was above and beyond! Thank you!
