Attorney DJ Jeyaram created my IDD Son’s Special Needs Trust and my Personal Will. Attorney DJ has a Special Needs Child and therefore knows what must be put in the Special Needs Trust to protect my child when I pass.
Having the Special Needs Trust will enable my son to continue to live in the Family Home (implementing all my wishes concerning his care), along with making sure, he will still be eligible for his COMP Medicaid Waiver Funding, Medicaid and Other Government Benefits.
