Publix Super Market at Paradise Pointe at Lake Dow

Super helpful staff! On yesterday, an employee went to check in the back for more of a BOGO product. While there weren’t any more, his effort was appreciated. When I went to checkout, I learned the employee that helped me was the assistant manager from his photo on the wall. Great exemplary leadership! They are always professional and display great customer service.

It’s been a long time since someone asked could they help with taking my grocery out . This location always provide excellent customer service.

I get my medicine at Publix pharmacy, they always have a sulotion to my problem right away! They have the best sub sandwiches too.

Always gives a superior grocery experience with great overall customer service along superb food items. One of the best store locations in this chain within this new community setting in Luella.

Just moved into the neighborhood and it's the closest to my home. Truth, the prices are a bit high, but I love everything else about it.

Clean store, nice neighborhood and very nice and kind front end workers. The quality at Publix is wonderful!!! And they have specialty sections. Makes me wanna go back now! 😀

Publix is the best hands down. Clean great selection and the best staff . They get you out fast and offer to take your cart to your car. Oh yeah the fried chicken isn’t bad either. Only place I shop.

Being an elderly woman, on a cane, non-elicited help came up to me, immediately, & offered anything I needed. Not 1 employee, 3 employees! Publix should be very proud!

Publix Super Market, has wonderful people serving us Seniors. They take their time to help , and most they ask if you need any help, and will show you where it is.

This Publix is always clean . Cashiers are friendly and fast . There’s this one nice guy who never fails to ask me if I need help when walking out . Atmosphere is so inviting . Deli is understaffed but they do their best .

Great. Got a FurHaven "comfort blanket" from them yesterday (5/8/23). My little dog loved it so much that my husband sent me back today to get one for our bigger puppy!!
