Franklin Pediatric and Adolescent Care

My family has been going to Franklin Pediatrics for about 13 years. I have 4 kids so as you can imagine I am there often. I've seen all the doctors and NP's in the practice at least once if not more and they are all wonderful. Not only are they friendly but also very informative and never rush through the appointments. The nurses and office staff are also very friendly and helpful. My kids are very comfortable going there and are always asking if they will get to see so and so. The new office building is amazing too! Overall I am extremely happy with my time at Franklin Pediatrics and I always recommend them to family and friends.

I have been going to Franklin Pediatrics for 13 years. My daughter sees Dr. Lyons and my son sees Dr. Khan. They are both excellent. They have a wonderful bedside manner, are very patient, informative, and understanding. Both children feel comfortable there, even when they have to get shots! There is a well visit room for newborns/infants, but I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment. They are amazing!

We bring our daughter here to see Dr Preissler and we love her. Very nice while still medically straight to the point. In a handful of appointments we have not had to wait a single minute past our appointment time which is amazing unlike some doctors offices that are always “running behind”

My family has been with Franklin Pediatrics for 20 years now, and they have always been wonderful to us. Both of my children have fantastic doctors and nurses, and all of the office staff are kind and helpful. I highly recommend that you bring you children to this office.

We’ve seen most of the doctors & the RN practitioner at Franklin Pedi & Adolescent Care and have been pleased with the practice. I encourage families to meet the staff at their welcome new patient events.
My husband & I attended a welcome new pt event while pregnant with our first child. We knew that evening that Franklin Pedi was the place for us!

My 8 year old daughter has had Dr. Gifford her entire life. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even when Dr. Gifford isn't available for a sick visit, every doctor and member of this staff that we have met with was amazing.

Recently moved to the area and saw Dr. Preissler. She is wonderful. She was thorough, caring, and very gentle with my 12 mo old girl. Highly recommend!

Our kids have bee going here for 9 years, the service is excellent whenever you need it. They are very patient even if you are a sleep deprived new parent!

Kind and curious as well as very knowledgeable staff . Also they treat your pet as the family member they are.

I have been taking my baby since last March and had no issues until now. I had my son's 9 month appt last month and they called me to reschedule due to doctor wont be there. Ok so I reschedule. Today is his appt and I was stuck in traffic due to construction. I had no idea I would be 15 minutes late. So they told me I had to reschedule my baby's appointment. I have never in my years had to reschedule for being 15 minutes late. This policy is so ridiculous especially for moms who bring their babies. I was exactly 15 minutes late....not 20 or 30 minutes and the receptionist didnt tell me to reschedule. So I waited in waiting room for 10 minutes and medical assistant walks in and told me I need to reschedule. Why the receptionist didnt say anything then? I was so embarrassed so of course was so upset! Not happy with their service today.

I have 2 children, 3 and 5 weeks and while our Dr (dr. Gifford) is tremendous the practice is an absolute disorganized mess and the office staff is terrible. I can never get an appointment with my doctor, they are constantly blaming errors on their new system and the fact that they are moving locations. I am pulling my children from the office and trying elsewhere. It’s too much of a hassle to deal with them.

Both the front desk and my doctor repeatedly gave irrelevant answers to any questions I had, leaving me with more questions and wasted time. So I do not recommend them.
