My first experience purchasing tires here the employee up front next to the rep desk was very helpful. A week later having to return due to 1/4 of the brand new tires bursting while driving on the highway an employee by the name of Quaddus Kash was highly unprofessional, he provided poor customer service and harassed me on my way out. He did not want to return the tire back to the manufacturer, just plain out lazy! I almost called the police for harassment. I guess bc I didn’t pull up in my jaguar, this day I had my working vehicle (Toyota) I was treated poorly. You know how you fleshy people are money over humans! Never again! Epic what happen to providing world class customer service?! NOT!!! I will never return.

Awful customer service. Add extra fees that aren’t stated when product is ordered. Don’t recommend.
