Allpro Subaru

After investing in a vehicle that was going to be the odd man out, I had some common issues for a car that sat most its life. Ive always knew of AP and have mutual friends that has always spoke highly of them. So when it became my turn, I went straight to them for some parts advice as I was needing USDM equivalent and mechanical knowledge is not my strong point as Im more of a body person. they helped me identify what car is similar so I can pick up what I needed for a basic tune up. Only mistake was that my car is coil packs so I had one part I needed to return but everything else was fine and I got my new to me wagon rollin.

Few months into owning (From Sept '21 to June '22) I was rear ended end of June from a car making a left hand turn at the wrong time. Hairline from hitting them but missed, they kept going and person behind me tried to stop but slid into me. Getting hit at sudden impact roughly 35mph, me and my Tourmaline suffered some injuries. I called AP the next day and asked for rec body shops and they relayed who they use next door with Bobby Pack and Galaxy Collision Center. even though it took longer to get the car approved with repairs, and his team hunting for a dono-car, he somehow managed to get my Maiden looking like I just picked her up from a showroom floor.

Everyone is impressed and I am constantly getting compliments because of the astonishing work these people have done. I was able to tweak some things that were recommended when I left but now I know where Im going if I have any more major projects.

What a great place. We always have a positive experience here. They’re don’t just do great work, they’re super nice and friendly, and go out of their way to explain everything and answer questions. They take great care of the customer as well as the car. This place is everything you want a shop to be. So much better than the dealership.

This shop does the best work I have ever seen. Patrick and Brandon are some of the nicest and most helpful people in this industry. Whether you need a full motor swap or an oil change they are happy to help. They are also always more than willing to answer questions and give recommendations on parts. I couldn’t recommend them more.

If I could give this shop six stars I would, the people here are going to be the most honest, upfront, and knowledgeable group I have ever met. I called and talked to Patrick and explained my situation and being out of town on vacation, he was able to get me in the very next day without any problem. When I walked in the environment was extremely welcoming, I talked to Patrick for a little bit about the problems I was having and before he even looked at the car had some ideas of what could be going on. Only took them a day to figure it out and get back with me on what was going on, awesome communication on there part. I live down in Tampa, FL and will be making the hike all the way up here specifically for these guys. Thank you guys again for the amazing communication, honesty, and speed!

We bought a used 08 forester 4 hours away, after purchasing we noticed ATF fluid leaking in the hotel parking lot. We are not from the area, but luckily with a quick google search we found AllPro. Brought it to them and couldn’t be happier. We left there knowing it was in great hands. They diagnosed the main issue, and inspected and gave us a very detailed estimate of other issues on the vehicle. We now have our Subaru with us as we travel the country, and will keep this shop in mind for future repairs and will recommend fellow individuals. They even showed us the exact seal that caused the transmission to leak.Thank you Patrick , and thank you to the tech who explained to us the issue as well as taking our vehicle on multiple road tests to make sure the vehicle was no longer leaking before we picked up. Great service guys.

If you own a Subaru and are within driving distance of this shop, you should be using them. They're honest, knowledgeable, and cool folks doing excellent work at super fair pricing. Good luck getting all those positives from the dealer or a "we work on all makes" shop.

I’ve been taking my 2005 Subaru Sti here since moving to GA in 2017. This shop is incredible. They seem to know my car, inside and out. First experience was fixing a clunking in the shocks. Apparently the previous shop put in springs incorrectly. They caught it. Last major service was the rack and power steering system leaking. They replaced and fixed. The car runs brand new. Reliable service without stealership prices.

Brandon and Patrick have never done me wrong! Absolutely top notch quality work, reasonable prices, and where others have failed, Allpro has succeeded. Recently brought my 2020 Outback Onyx XT here after another shop failed to set up some coil overs correctly, and Brandon had to rebuild the coilovers from the beginning. I went from kind of hating my car to loving it again! So it was a no brainer on which shop I should choose to do my Prinsu Rack. 10/10 Recommend!

It has been a while since I have used AllPro, but as I now find myself driving a Subaru again that will change soon—I have used them many times in past years. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and do great work. I do not hesitate to recommend them to others when they ask for shops that can handle Subaru maintenance and customization.

Somehow, they have created this revolutionary business model of being knowledgeable, skilled, hard working, and most importantly honest…and they seem to keep getting busier…geniuses! You will not get b.s.’d here in any way shape or form. If you don’t believe what they are telling you, they will be happy to show you, and explain it in a way that you can understand. For the price conscious, they are cheaper than the dealer, not as cheap as the guy down the street…but, why would you want to sacrifice quality? Every dollar is well spent here. You actually get what you pay for. No attitudes/elitism, just nice people doing really good work. I 100% trust them with my car, and I’d even trust them with my kids.

Genuine passion towards Subaru! Thanks to the expertise and knowledge of all the mechanics there, I am able to fully trust them with my STI (from regular oil change/ inspections to modifications). Furthermore, aside from using genuine products, they offer some of the most competitive prices!

My side TGVs had been acting up, after I tried to do the install numerous times on my own and constantly kept getting problems I knew it was time to get help from the pros. Pricing was far better than I expected, the shop was so quick to fix the problem! I got my 2007 WRX towed in this morning and by mid afternoon Patrick was calling me telling me it was ready to get picked up! So so glad I decided to give them a call this morning!

Fantastic group of people. Very honest great work. I bought a 2005 legacy gt with an ej20y swap. THE CAR WAS BUTCHERED. Allpro did a fantastic job sorting out all issues got it tuned and safe for the road. Amazing friendly staff. I could writting about how great they are. But it would be a book. I took my 2008 Impreza to Allpro 8 years ago for a second opinion after getting a huge repair quote from the dealership about the defective gaskets, and I have been faithfully returning to Allpro because they are the best!! They finally had to pull the old engine out (at 293,000 miles) and did a fantastic job of replacing the transmission, engine and other parts with a used engine with low miles. Many thanks to my Allpro pit crew! My 2008 Impreza runs like a 2022! Well worth the drive from Alabama!

Allpro has been fantastic for me with my 2011 Subaru Outback. They helped me find a bunch of "gremlins" due to work done by a different mechanic. The team at Allpro was excellent with their communication, they got the job done quickly, and the price was excellent. Highly recommend.

AllPro is a very reputable shop and very knowledgeable about Subarus overall. The staff is awesome, and always provided honest feedback. Their prices are much better compared to most other Subaru techs in general. I will definitely be back for any future needs!

"Capable, Fair & Honest." There's very little these guys can't handle, regarding both automotive maintenance and repair, and of course, PERFORMANCE!! The owner is a trustworthy and reasonable man. His crew share the same attractive characteristics. The name says "Subaru," but don't let that stop you. The guys are "Master Mechanics." A diverse skill set and deep resume leaves virtually no vehicle makes they can't service, repair or make go fast. If you drive a Subaru, well, that's just "icing on the cake," as "They," say. I highly recommend them for most vehicles. Check them out.

Didn't get to have anything done but they checked my vehicle for issues I mentioned and gave an estimate for what was worth repairing and what was not. Didn't charge me for it so I thought it was really nice of them.

ONLY place I trust with getting work done on my XT! They always call if they encounter any hiccups during a job to get the go ahead from us and a lot of places don’t communicate well like that. I’ve had an engine built by them and more and have not had a single issue with any of their work. Not only are they super knowledgeable, timely, and experienced in all subaru work, but they are also really great people to work with, always friendly and chill. This is definitely the kind of business to support and trust with getting the job done and just an all around super fun place to go to and look at all the Subarus in the lot. Waiting room is nice too with a subaru color theme inside. Try them out for real! They really know what’s up and do great, honest work
