I came in, I had a bad day and was initially in a terrible mood, Christopher was the light I needed for the day. His smile upon entering changed my mood immediately. I absolutely love how he treated me when I came in. He greeted me swiftly and was very approachable. I really loved my interaction with him. The company overall is a great place to utilize. I would highly suggest it over any other storage facility! Thank you Christopher for making my day better!

Outstanding customer service! Christopher was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable while helping me get a storage unit. He is located at the Herriman, UT facility and goes out of his way to make sure you get the size you need and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this facility, as it is very clean and well maintained. It's a safe environment making you feel comfortable storing your belongings. Am just going to talk about Chris because as someone working on the customer service industry I know when someone cares.
So my review goes for him but not the company because I just got my unit in April and they decided to randomly increase my price with no justification and after Chris was able to get it back to how it was (and should have never changed) public storage has the audacity to send me a message saying “great news ! We have delayed your increase” . Dear public storage . A 20 dollars increase is not an adjustment and no notice or valid reason should never be an option. Thanks Chris for the amazing service and no thanks to public storage for being dishonest and greedy :)

Christoph is amazing! He have help us in every step, super attentive and communicative. Even put a locker on our storage when we forgot our own. Best treatment and Public Space of the region.

Christopher at herriman public storage is amazing. we had a unique situation that needed a lot of Last minute needs due to our misjudgment of what size of unit we needed, He was quick and efficient and very accommodating and especially friendly. For the kind of situation we are in. He made my comfortable stressful moment seem allot More at ease.
Even when he realized we Head overpaid, he called me back to let me know our account would be credited for anything overcharged. Not many people go out of their way the way he did To make sure we were treated fair. I would absolutely refer him and his location to anyone I know.

Christopher was awesome!! Super helpful with my last minute needs and has been amazing to follow up making sure I'm taken care of. Units are clean and easily accessible.

After checking out some other storage rentals, I chose to go with Public Storage and I am so glad I did! Christopher was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and was extremely helpful in making it a very smooth transition. Management should really appreciate Christopher as an employee and the awesome service he provides!! Give this gentleman a raise!! He deserves it😁

I have been very happy using the Herriman location to store my items, the property is always kept very clean and well kept. If I have ever needed any help the on site manager “Christopher” is more than willing to help me out.
Christopher always greets me with a big friendly smile and a genuinely kind “Hello” 😊

Christopher was very helpful last few days. I lost my key and he made it very easy to put in a request to have the lock cut and get a new lock installed and even kept me up to speed on timing for it all.

I've been renting ther for the past year and is by far the best storage place I've been to. The units are kept up and very clean, whenever I've needed help from the office they are always there, and the manager Chris is always helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

This storage unit is too far from me, I didn't realize it when I called but Christopher was so helpful. He was attentive and informative. Great customer service!!! Thank you

I’ve been shopping around for a storage unit for weeks after our move and Merilee answered all of our questions and helped us find the space and deal that was right for us. She was so personable and knowledgeable.

Tammy and Merrily were great help today at the storage unit in Riverton. I work for a moving company and they were great help getting a customer moved in. At Some storage complexes, it's impossible to get help at the office or no one is home, costing customers valuable time and money. Public storage was ready and able to get us access to the unit as soon as we arrived! Thanks so much guys!

I just became a Public Storage customer here in Herriman and couldn’t be more pleased with how easy the process was. My mother recently died and I needed a place to store her stuff until I can sort through it all. I went online, filled out the information, paid the money, went to the facility and opened up the unit, and there was the lock ready to use. The space was so clean! Thank you Public Storage in Herriman for making it so easy in this stressful time of my life.
