My mom sent me a Bulvarian cream king cake for my birthday and she shipped it to me in Florida. It was amazing! I've had a lot of king cakes delivered since moving from Louisiana and this is by far the tastiest and most fresh one I've ever received! It was packaged well and with love! Loved the little goodies it came with! Amazing King Cake👏👏
Also the first bite I tried, I found the baby!! And I love that you add it into your cakes! I hate when they give them to you on the side! So thank you for keeping the tradition alive🙌🏻💚💛💜⚜

We had the pleasure of meeting THE Marguerite for a scheduled wedding cake tasting!!She offered us a warm welcome, listened to what was important to us for our big day, offered great suggestions, and made us truly feel like family.

Each and everyone of her cakes were full of flavor, and were clearly homemade with love!! And you can tell when a someone is an expert at what they do when they’re able to give you every detail and are truly excited to show you their work of art.

We left with happy bellies, a freshly made king cake, and smiles on our faces 😁I would absolutely recommend this bakery for everything and not just wedding cakes!!!

We were so incredibly happy and thankful to have Mrs. Marguerite's bakery make our wedding cake and groom's cake for our wedding!! First of all, the cake tasting was so fun and all of the cake flavors were absolutely delicious - it was hard to choose from. Their portfolio and their capability to make your cake vision a reality is beyond belief! They were patient with us and helped us figure out the cake design that we wanted. Also, they exactly matched what we wanted for the grooms cake and wedding cake! I worked with Brandy who was so kind and patient and made the whole experience fantastic. Everyone loved the decor of the cake and the taste as well! 10/10 would recommend to any bride!

It was a pleasure sitting down with Mrs. Marguerite to discuss cake ideas and flavors for my wedding. She listened to everything I was looking for and her cakes were AMAZING. She was very personable & I know she will not disappoint. I can't wait to see the final product on my big day.

Flew all the way from Seattle, Washington to get married @ The Louisiana Castle. They referred us to this Cake Place. When I tell you, they blew this Cake out of the water! We had a Beauty & The Beast themed wedding and a few concepts of what we wanted our cake to look like. The attention to detail was above & beyond. When we went for our cake tasting everyone was so friendly which they had been over the phone as well. The lady who owns the bakery has over 50years of experience. Our cake was better than we could have ever even imagined. Thank you Marguerite's for our dream wedding cake.

Highly recommend!! I had a last minute cake emergency and they were able to help me out on the same day! They truly saved the day/party! The cake also turned out adorable and tasted amazing.

Marguerite’s Cakes saved our wedding day! The bakery we originally chose closed down and the Marguerite’s team eased all of our stress. They made our beautiful cakes using so much artistry. The magnolias on the wedding cake were hand made by Brandi and absolutely stunning—exactly what I envisioned and was hoping for! The cakes tasted even better than they looked and we were so pleased to work with everyone Marguerite’s Cakes! The wedding cake layers we chose were Italian crème, red velvet, and almond. They were incredible and our guests were raving about each layer! The grooms cake was gluten free chocolate and our guests could not even tell! Very moist and flat out delicious!

My wedding cake was exquisite, I highly recommend Marguerites to anyone , very professional ,reasonably priced , and the taste …..Omg ! I am anxiously waiting my anniversary to eat my top layer off my cake … Thank you for everything Ms. Marguerite ❤

This place is the best! Very friendly people and great customer service. I always get my kids’ and families birthday cakes from here (the wedding cake flavor) and they are sooo good! Also if you like strawberry, their strawberry cupcakes are to die for!!! My son doesn’t even usually like strawberry flavor and is picky and he loves them!!! Nothing I have ever gotten has ever been dried out and it is always fresh and delicious!

April 29 & 30th Another outstanding cake & cupcakes from Marguerite's!!! Our son turned 30 and on the 29th we had cupcakes vanilla cake, chocolate frosting and peanut butter filling!!! So delicious!!! And for our get together on Saturday we had a "Hurricane" cake!!! We added some Hurricane cocktail for a scrumptious flavor!!! The girls at Marguerite's are fun to work with and their ideas to get us what we want for our cakes are always on point!!!

April 5, 2022 Marguerite's Cakes are out of this world!!! Again she worked with us and created a decadent sensation!!! This time the birthday cake is infused with Fireball!!! It was superb!

OMG!!! Marguerite hit it out of the park!!! She made this decadently scrumptious cake for our son's 21st birthday. She worked with us to get the right flavoring we wanted and she nailed it!!! Definitely a repeat customer!

We just went to Ms. Marguerite's for our wedding cake tasting, and we were both just amazed by the quality and taste of the cakes! We met with Ms. Marguerite herself and she is such a wonderful lady. She explained everything to the detail and was able to help us with the vision that we had for the cake. Also, she was able to advise us for which size cakes would be good for the amount of people we were going to have. The taste of the cakes were in one word "Awesome!!". My fiance is not a big fan of overly sweet candies/cakes/desserts and can handle only a little bit at a time, but with these cakes, she had no problems what so ever. The cakes melt in your mouth and you can taste every single aspect of the flavors!

If you're looking for a wedding cake in the Slidell area. We highly recommend checking out Ms. Marguerite's!!

Ms. Marguerite is not only one of the sweetest women in the industry but has some of the best cakes ever. Highly recommend calling her for any of your baked good needs!

The king cake was so delicious. I ordered it from Tennessee. Came in two days, as promised. I even ordered another one. So good.

I have been purchasing the chocolate eclairs to bring to my friends house when they invite me over for dinner. Everyone raved how delicious they were. Front counter person very friendly. I love to do business with friendly employees that welcome you in with a smile on their face.

If you want a beautiful wedding cake, this is the place. They have done two wedding cakes for my family and they were delicious. They were very moist, the icing is not too sweet, and the filling is wonderful. The guy who delivered the cake, Larry was so nice and kind and very friendly. We love Marguerite's because they do great work here!

The wedding cake with pineapple filling is excellent and the best I've had in years. The doberge cake is perfect. Great customer service!

Mrs. Marguerite was amazing today for our cake tasting! She was super helpful and answered all our questions that we had. I am so excited to see my wedding cake next year.
