Super tasty crawfish and friendly people! They’re open seasonally and closed when things are out of season. Loved the big spacious tables and the walnut hand scrub!

Me and my wife ate here twice while on vacation in the area. First time she had jambalaya and I had gumbo, both were very good! The gumbo was not too spicy, the jambalaya was spicy but seasoned extremely well! Next time we both had shrimp and jambalaya, very well pleased!

Came in for a take out order. Atmosphere is really fun, hip but picnic like. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for a newby! Got some boudan packages to take home... they are HUGE!! Well worth the price and delicious!

Nobody does a pig sandwich better than Cormier’s, I could eat one every day. Oh and if you don’t order the bread pudding for dessert, you are missing out on something special too.

First timer!!!! Amazing!! Our friend took us here to eat. My hubs and I ordered 5 lbs to share and it was plenty. However if you want more, order in 5 lbs increments. That way you can get your next batch hot!

Fantastic Crawfish. The seafood gumbo was decent, but the crawfish here were delicious.

Waitress was reasonably attentive, without being overbearing.

I will be back for sure. Prices were on par with what if seen earlier in the week at another place, but there was NO comparison when it came to the size and flavor of the crawfish. Cormier’s was the champ.

One thing though. Although it was no problem for me, they are heavily seasoned with a Cajun seasoning. If you have a cut, bring some gloves!

If you don’t like it hot, I’m told you can order them without the extra seasoning on top, but they were perfectly spicy to me just the way they were.

Also, I’m told there is a hand washing station around the corner of the building. I wish they had told me, but at I’ll know next time I go, and now you will too!

I can’t wait to come back to Monroe for more!

There is no better place to eat crawfish in North Louisiana than here. I drive 40 minutes out of my way each week to eat here during crawfish season. I only say North Louisiana because I haven't tried crawfish anywhere further South than Ruston but I'm willing to bet these crawfish will give any place in south LA a run for their money. The flavor is insanely delicious.

Cormier's was WONDERFUL, I loved it! The shrimp was seasoned to perfection and I tasted the crawfish as well, it was delicious 😋. 10/10 for me!

Best crawfish boil experience ever! Found this place while travelling through...worth the drive! Definitely try the Nancy sauce and make sure to leave room for the bread pudding!

Finally made it to Louisiana for crawfish season. Cormier's was the best! One of us had regular (spicy) and the other had mild (rinsed). They were favbulous! Megan was our server and she taught us the best way to eat them (since we were novices). Highly recommend!

Loved this place much better than coneys riverside. Had to wait in line for a bit but def worth it. Staff is super nice. Food has good flavor. Comes out hot n fresh. Red beans and sausage are banging and bursting with flavor. Shrimp was easy to peel. Crawdads were perfect. Quick service.

The BEST crawfish in town!! The waitress yesterday was extremely attentive. The only place I’ll go for my crawfish.

I love comier's!! It's my favorite place to go for crawfish because they are not super spicy. They always have a great flavor and just enough kick to not be overpowering. Their Pig Bites are also really good. Also their staff are always super friendly.

A must visit location if you are in the neighborhood. I find myself looking for a reason to travel back to Lousianna just to eat at Cormier's again. Crawfish and gumbo are to die for.

I love me some Boudin, but I have never had any prepared by anyone that knows Cajun cooking and im not sure of the proper way to prepare it. I think the Boudin is steamed and perhaps this is why I had some problems with it. Inside the flavor was great and was as good as any Boudin I have ever ate, but I couldn't eat the casing. Casing was rubbery and chewy, hard to bite off. I'm used to browning it like sausage, but maybe this is the way it's normally prepared. If this is a problem for you, just squeeze all of the goodness out and toss the casing out, still tastes great. Cormier's comes Highly recommended by me. Not afraid to season, good food, good service

My family and I have been going to Cormier’s for quite a few years. We love it! The crawfish is always spot on. They bring them to you fresh and hot out the boiler. The shrimp are big, juicy, and are delicious. They are prompt and very courteous. It’s the best place in northeast Louisiana to get crawfish & shrimp!

I’ll start by saying I’m from south Louisiana, it is very difficult to find quality, well seasoned, crawfish in the northern portions of the state. While this restaurant isn’t quite as good as what I get back at home, out of all other places here, it’s been the closest. I would come here again, I’m looking forward to try their crab boils when available.
