Great server Dallin! Great tacos, got spicy pork, carne asada and beef. Yummy Chicken fajitas. Fun place! We don’t drink alcohol, but we hear this place is known for the drinks! Especially the Death Star!

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! I can say that enough! We had the chicken fajitas, enchiladas and a taco and it was all so yummy! Wait staff was very friendly and the restaurant was super clean! Definitely worth it if your feeling like Mexican food! The story of the family is awesome as well and honestly makes the food better! We will definitely be back to try more entrees! Oh and try the drinks too! They looked delicious as well!

Food is not great but the duckie is worth it. Lime is definitely the best flavor, has the least sugar. Recommend quesadilla w spicy pork

The food at this restaurant is great. We've become regulars here, particularly enjoying the option to take our meals to go. It's impressive how the quality remains just as high when we enjoy it at home. I always go for the Grandma's tacos - they're incredibly tasty. Their seasoned chips are a great along with their salsa.The service here is consistently great.

Came here for the famous Duckies and also tried some of their food. The grandma’s Tacos with shrimp were the best food I have had in this restaurant! They were truly tasty and well- cooked! My friend tried the Grandma’s tacos with mashed potatoes and those were surprisingly delicious as well.

We go several times a year, spicy tacos Grandma style with Serrano’s on side is the best. Duckies are also great, insanely filling though, so just be aware. Rosa is awesome, has been with them a long time and I do believe was finally promoted, and I appreciate that they took a hard working waitress and promoted her, instead on hiring someone from the outside.

Our food was excellent at El Chihuahua. We loved everything from the fresh salsa and chips to the shredded beef burritos! My pork tamale was absolutely delicious. Be warned that there will most likely be a wait. Get in the list ahead of time and check in when you get there. While we waited outside we couldn’t help but watch the people inside get their food. The taco salads are enormous! If you like a drink… The Death Star and The ducky choices are vast! We’ll definitely be back.

Went here for drinks before going to the bar named sue next door. Had a ducky deathstar. Delicious and definitely not skimpy on the alcohol.

It was my first time visiting El Chihuahua and let’s just say, not disappointed!

My date got the Shrimp And Avocado Salad and it was amazing! She got the death star ducky to drink and was plenty as a single drink for the full meal.

I got the Steak Ranchero with ground and it was amazing! Everything had tons of flavor, and we were pleasantly surprised to have warm fresh chips and fresh salsa dropped off when we got there!

We’ll definitely be back for sure!!

Wonderful service, huge plates of food (if a "mini" or "small" option is available, it will still be more than enough for leftovers). The ducky death stars are delicious, the peach is to die for. The staff is extremely friendly and they have several TVs as well. I definitely will be going back.

The restaurant is located in a plaza alongside a bar which makes for a convenient migration to continue a night of imbibing. Parking is convenient. The facility is clean minus the bathroom but customers are a mess. The service was great. No problems at all. Food came out quick. The food was tasty. The beverage options are unique and the Death Star is recommended.

Food is pretty amazing, and the drinks are even better. Get the duckie deathstar...you won't regret it. The peach was delicious!

From the minute we walked in, I loved the bright, happy, clean interior. The service was outstanding - efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was fast and out of this world. We tried almost all the tacos they make, and were hard pressed choose a favorite. The drinks were absolutely delicious and super fun. We would absolutely return, and highly recommend.

One of the best experiences I've ever encountered from a restaurant! As soon as we sat down fresh hot chip and home-made salsa sat with us and the food and service was emaculant! The server was amazing and the food was amazing! Don't get me started with the Deathstar which is a signature drink that was so delicious and amazing with the food! You definitely need to come here and experience it for yourself! It got pretty busy around 7pm so keep that in mind!

Our waitress was really nice and attentive. Grandma's taco plate was delicious, loved the rice. Had a Pomegranate Death star, so good!

We seen a huge line and the parking lot was full. Kinda got scared away but found a spot just in time. Walked in and got seated right away. [Keep in mind that there was 2 of us.] We got chips and salsa served to us. Then we ordered our drinks which were called the Duckie death star🐤 mine was mango 🥭 and the other was blood orange 🍊. We ordered green chile enchiladas and red. So very good served with rice and beans! I got so full it was hard to finish the duckie. Also they limit one per customer btw. Definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants I've had in all of Utah. We need more locations!! 💗🤞🏼

Your in for a wait to get seated, but my god is it worth it.
I'm a great cook, but their enchiladas crush mine.
This is now my favorite restaurant from any country I've been to.

The chicken taco salad is really good!!
I don't drink alcohol, so I got a virgin margarita, did not disappoint in flavor!!! The lady at front desk was so kind, as I'd been playing softball all day in a tournament and could hardly make a decision. Also I ordered to go, very timely on making my order with how packed the building was!! And they wrapped everything perfectly so nothing was a mess when I got home. I'd recommend that meal any day!!! It was the cherry on top to a perfect evening!! Oh and the chips n salsa were bomb!!! I got the spicy salsa!! I spent $27, including tip for the lady who placed my order and a tip for the bar tender.

I loved everything about this restaurant! The clocks everywhere were so fun, we asked our waiter if he knew how many clocks they had and he didn't even notice there were clocks everywhere! He was pretty funny. We had to try the famous duckie death star drinks which were as yummy as they were cute! They had several different flavors which was surprising. We tried mango and black cherry which were both good, but mango was my favorite of the two. We ordered dinner as well and I was very impressed with the food! My friend doesn't do spice at all and was having a very hard time with her meal (I think she was just being a baby), but I felt like the spice level was perfect. Be careful with the duckie death star drinks, I was pretty buzzed off of one and definitely couldn't drive after (thank goodness my friend drove and didn't even drink a quarter of her drink for that reason.) I think that's how they get the death part of their name because they didn't have really any alcoholic taste to them. I'll definitely be going back hopefully in the near future!
I went back on 4/17 and they continued to be so yummy! My friends and family that tagged along were very impressed as well! It's very quickly become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants! This time I tried the strawberry lemonade duckie death star and the Mango is still my favorite, but it was still yummy! The food in the pictures is the Mexican plate with the ground beef enchilada, ground beef taco, rice, beans, and chili Verde enchilada.
