We chose this branch after studying positive reviews to replace our phone with a new one. We are glad that we settled on this office, where highly qualified specialists in their field work. The employees demonstrated maximum professionalism, provided comprehensive explanations, and provided qualified assistance at every stage of the replacement process. Malik was great! He helped me right away and was very easy to work with! He knew exactly what he was doing and made a usually stressful experience very stress-free. The Perkins location has been the easiest AT&T store to work with that I have been to. I will definitely be returning here if I need anything in the future.

Had paid off my old phone that 'coincidentally' stopped ringing when calls came in. Upgraded to the Samsung Fold Phone, but it took AT&T Store Manager Mr. Malik Carter 2.5 hours to resolve the software issue back at AT&T IT Services. Mr. Carter was the epitome of quiet patience, pleasant persistence, and a healthy intellectual curiosity while he resolved the issue. The Fold Phone is like an iPad, but with $1,000 for my Trade In, it costs only $799.99 @0% Interest/3 years. It rings perfectly when called.

My rep Ivory was AWESOME!!! I would definitely go back to that particular store for ALL my AT&T needs. Awesome service 👍🏽

Me and my wife had the BEST experience at this AT&T store. I don't think I had EVER gotten such a great service in any store like this. They were super helpful, patient and even loving towards us and our son. They took their time to explain all the detail of what we were getting and went through them for us several times. Definitely a store you want to visit when in need of a new phone/plan. Thank you for caring for people over selling merchandise, plans, or products!

Excellent service and response at the Perkins Road AT&T store in Baton Rouge!!! Shopped for a new IPhone 12. Service person was very knowledgeable about the new phones and helped me make a selection. Purchased the Pro-Max which was best fit for my needs. He also reviewed our account and recommended AT&T streaming TV service, which was less than half what we currently pay. We got set up quickly, and left with equipment for a two-week trial. If you need somewhere to go for excellent service and knowledge, I highly recommend THIS STORE!!!!! You will be VERY glad you did.

The workers, were very pleasant and polite, and each one did what was needed to resolve our problems. Excellent staff and great place to go to.

He always has a quiet, calm temperament. I am not able to recall many detail he needs.

That was the best customer service I have ever received in any AT&T store and I've been to several in MS, LA, WI, and FL. Dax and Phil made me feel like an actual person and not a number to be taken care of. They made sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of before I left. I've never been so confident in making the correct phone purchase not only for the use of personal calls/texts, but one that I can utilize best for my career. They are superheroes to me with superb customer service skills!

Wanted to share the great experience I had at this location. The saleswoman was named Kwatice. I went to 2 other At@t stores and Apple and no one was able to help me backup my old phone in the cloud to restore the date to my new phone. Kwatice definitely knows what she’s doing and after dealing with 8-10 other salespeople the amount of time that she saved because she knew what to do was priceless. She needs a raise!!

I went there on 10/10/20 to get service on a new phone. Austin was poised, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This was by far and away the best experience I have ever had with a wireless carrier. Thank you Austin and thank you AT&T. Give that man a raise!

The customer service at this location is amazing! Mary and KAY were both extremely helpful. All of the employees acted like they really cared. Very pleasant experience...Great job!

I was so frustrated with another AT&T store because of the sales person not being helpful at all.
As soon as I walked into this store on Perkins Phil greeted me and showed me all of the options for android phones. He was easily able to answer EVERY question about which new phones were available. All of the phones had prices listed. This was NOT so at the "bigger" store. He also gave me options that were not even mentioned like the ability to charge the broken porton my samsung.

This was HUGE. ALL of my photos and videos were saved and transferred. I left it with them and returned.

Mary then helped me learn about all the new cool features on my new note!! She showed me things that I did not know even existed and helped me reorganize my phone. She is so patient and kind.

I am so very happy I left the first store and came to the one on Perkins.
