Village Square Cafe

I come regularly with friends, especially as outdoor seating enables me to observe COVID precautions easily. Food is always good and fresh, staff are friendly and happy to serve you. Specials vary the menu; we especially love the salmon. It's a quiet, tree-shaded location, and perfect for a great conversation anytime.

It's our new regular place, and they have quite a few other regulars too. All the food I've tried is great and they do an excellent job of community building with regular music (folk mostly) and chill events. The staff are friendly and keep a clean place. As it's getting warmer, we are looking forward to enjoying their outdoor patio.

I always enjoy the Village Cafe. They have wonderful food and are always so accommodating. On Saturday evening, weather permitting, there is music from 6-730pm and a very pleasant crowd. Their turkey club has been a favorite of mine for sometime...❣

I've had quite a few bacon egg & cheese sandwiches in my day, but Village Square Cafe has one of, if not, the best I've ever encountered. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I'd absolutely recommend this spot for breakfast, lunch, or coffee meetings.

This is a local gem. The food is terrific, and the service is great. They have live music on Saturdays. The outdoor seating is lovely. They serve Zeke's Coffee, a wonderful local brand.

I went there for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised. This cafe is very quaint, has great american food and is owned by great people. They are friendly and the staff are as well. The atmosphere was like a cafe/bookstore/coffeehouse. Very pleasant place. We'll definitely be back soon. The prices were not expensive and they served breakfast at all times as well.

Cute breakfast place. I like to go here with my parents. They don't have a ton of vegetarian options, but they are very open to substitutions. Their home fries are really good.

I originally thought this was just a Health Food Restaurant. But I was pleasantly surprised that they can make a High Calorie Omelette with all the ingredients I like put in !! And on top of all that, the service and atmosphere is just first rate. I will forever miss the Cross Keys Deli, but I am so glad there is now a worthy alternative !

Best breakfast/brunch food in Baltimore. You can tell they really care about consistently quality food. Great service. Smiles all around. Awesome place!!! Best blueberry muffins in the US.

We live in the neighborhood and this place is a staple for us! Friendly staff and great food, a hidden gem for an amazing burger! Fresh muffins are to die for during breakfast on the weekends, I have dreams of their aroma 😍

The Cafe never disappoints. Easy counter ordering and food delivered to your table. Quick and good food. Brunch on Sundays too. Music every weekend night. Cozy place and

One of my favorite places in the nation! I was a flight attendant for 10 years and legitimately one of the nicest little cafes with a wonderful menu. Their breakfast is wonderful!!!

Next time I go I will sit outside. This place is adorable. Had a Reuben sandwich to die for. Coleslaw was quite tasty too. Prices are good. Super nice staff.

The Village Cafe is always welcoming and has a nice variety of food and excellent coffee drinks. Breakfast all day, good sandwiches and entrees and music on Thursday evenings through the weekend make the cafe a great place to start or end your day.

We came 5 minutes before closing and the staff remained courteous and pleasant until we left. The food was outstanding especially the blueberry lemon french toast!

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Ate there multiple times during an extended stay at yhe Radisson next door. Never found anything on the menu I didn't like. Service was always top notch.

Family-run full restaurant with multiple uses: fast breakfast, long brunch chats, eat alone, kids -friendly with play area, outdoor seating, some under cover. Fox's Ubet syrup for chocolate milk but bring your own seltzer for DIY egg cream. Live music some nights.

Robust Cafe menu, food well prepared. Enormous cobb chopped salad (try the lemon vinaigrette dressing). Pleasantly crowded. Ample free parking.
