Visited Octavia Boutique for the first time today and had a fantastic experience! Mary Anne was so sweet and helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect rings. I will definitely be back. I purchased 3 rings and my Mom and cousin also both made purchases. The staff were super friendly and kind.

Visiting from Pittsburgh and had an amazing experience shopping in the boutique with Ms Mary Anne & Ms Jackie. Talk about feeling like a valued customer, we felt more than that! We will definitely be back and not only did we get unique items, they also shared some laughs and great wisdom with us all. The energy in this boutique is EVERYTHING! I moved to Cross Keys in the summer of '23 and have been stopping by Octavia's every chance I get! Everyone is so friendly and warm and welcoming.

I was in the shops recently when I saw Octavia's had a Sale sign posted out front. There was one top I had my eyes on for a while now but could never bring myself to go through with it. I went in and asked Mary Anne for help. When we found the top, we saw it wasn't part of the sale however, she instantly assured me she could offer me a bargain. I was so happy and excited, this top is one of a kind that no one else would have and it would be perfect for our yearly desert vacations!

Mary Anne was absolutely darling and I cannot wait to come back with my rewards!

I am a terrible shopper. The night before a wedding weekend out of the country I realized I needed something new to wear. I walked aimlessly around Octavia and Maryanne came to my rescue. She nudged me to try on a top I thought would be baggy and frumpy but she was right . . . it looked great. I got lots of compliments at the wedding.

My daughter gave me 46 days to plan her wedding. I marched into Octavia on a mission to buy a fabulous and fetching mother of the bride dress, and Betsy knew just the dress for me to try on. I felt beautiful in it, and it looked oh-so-flattering. Amy, the angel of seamstresses, does amazing work. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Octavia and depend on them when I need a special occasion dress. They also have a gorgeous range of casual clothes and accessories. I get compliments on EVERYTHING from there...even the reading glasses I got at Octavia!

Octavia Boutique has been my go to shop for years. Betsy and the staff give excellent customer service. Amy, the seamstress, creates miracle alterations and will whip up an organza shawl in a blink. They have an eclectic and fashionable range of clothing and accessories. This boutique is so cool my husband enjoys shopping there with me and our daughters. He even shops there for us. The staff, clothing and music are a draw for him.

I was a bridesmaid last weekend and had a beautiful, sequined gown that needed to be hemmed about 4 or 5 inches. I held onto it until a week before the wedding, desperately calling around to see who could alter it last minute. Everyone said it was too short notice until I called Octavia's. The staff and seamstress, Amy, went out of their way for me to make sure they'd be there at a time when I was available to drop off the dress and the dress was ready even sooner than I expected. Really beautiful work, thank you so much!

Octavia's is the best!! My sister and I arrived today to purchase outfits for an out of town wedding and rehearsal dinner. We were helped by Mets who offered us a fabulous selection of jackets and pants that are perfect. I also ordered a fabulous black 3/4 suede jacket for fall. Shopping at Octavia’s is truly a wonderful experience. Shopping for clothes for myself is not one of my favorite things to do. Which is why I drive from Washington DC to shop at Octavias at Cross Keys in Baltimore. Betsy, Madelyne, and Daphne provide absolutely the best shopping experience, whatever your size or need. They go out of their way to provide lots of options, create outfits paired with accessories, and make you feel comfortable without pressure to purchase. Their clothes are chic and fresh, no matter your age, so I value their help and opinion when deciding what to purchase. I highly recommend visiting Octavias whether looking for something for a special occasion (my son’s wedding) or more casual. So I will continue to travel from DC because it is such a positive, easy shopping experience. The BEST! And they have great sales too!

EXCELLENT customer service at Octavia Boutique. As soon as you enter this unique, stylish and beautiful shop you are treated like a queen ! Selection of on trend, in style clothing , gowns, jewelry, accessories and handbags is hands down the best retail boutique in the Baltimore area. If I can’t make it to Octavia, I call the owner Betsy on the phone and immediately I am treated like a VIP. She takes phone orders , ships and offers free curb side pick up
