Nice store and friendly staff. We've been to other locations and this one was similar to the others. Very organized and clean inside, and there's a large variety of kitchen products. There were some seasonal items on sale, and they gave a free sample upon entering. Nice store overall!

We so enjoyed our shopping experience! Tiffany was our sales person and she was so personable and extremely knowledgeable. Great customer service to include coffee! Well stocked store and easy parking. Excited to use our new cooking pans!

Salespeople are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve needed to make several returns recently and they handled them very promptly with no hassle. The shopping space is very well laid out and there’s ample parking.

Great store. Tons of items, helpful staff. I was offered help at least 6 times in half an hour. Prices are high, but that's expected. Would definitely shop there again when I'm in the market.

I had forgotten that there was a Williams-Sonoma in the shopping center. I thought since the one in Towson Town Center left there was not one in the area. When did because everyone here was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I definitely will return.

Just had a wonderful customer service experience where the store manager went and got an item off of a delivery that was just coming in off of a truck.
