Svetlana has been my broker of choice for many years; she helped me buy and sell properties, most recently this year (2019). She has a vast experience in real estate markets in Boston area; well understands both broad trends and local nuances; is a masterful negotiator; and is extremely loyal to her clients. When I decided to accept a job that required my family to move out of state, the most daunting task was the thought of selling my home. This wasn’t the first home I have sold and my other experiences were less than ideal to say the least. So, I was certainly not looking forward to the process. I knew I wanted a local agent (who knew our town and our specific market) and used reviews to help narrow down the list of potential agents. Svetlana’s reviews certainly stood out so we arranged to meet. She arrived on time and with a portfolio of her marketing materials as well as a list of comps. We walked through the house and discussed any items that might need repairs or adjustments. I immediately felt as though I was in good hands and didn’t feel the need to continue my search.

Throughout the entire process, Svetlana kept in constant contact. She replied promptly to any questions/concerns and kept us well informed of every step. She provided both a stager and a professional photographer to aid in generating our marketing materials. Svetlana held open houses on both the Saturday and Sunday immediately following our home being placed on the market. Within five days of being placed on the market, we were under contract. Svetlana made the difficult process of selling a home as easy as possible. I can absolutely recommend Svetlana without hesitation. She will help sell your home quickly and for the best price while also making it as pain free as possible. My only regret is that since we relocated we won’t be able to use Svetlana the next time we need to buy or sell a home.

Svetlana has a very personal approach to her customers. She doesn't want to just sell you the property, she wants you to enjoy it too. Unlike some real estate agents that I have worked with in the past, Svetlana is not afraid to express her opinion when something does not seem right about the house. Or, vice versa, when something is great. This actually helped me to rule out few "bad" ones during my search process.
