Root cellar

Great local stop for a fresh sandwich. The staff was very friendly and everything looked good. I had the sandwich with turkey bacon and smoked bologna. It was so good. I picked up some of the locally sources jerky as well. It was amazing

Hidden gem in Shell Knob and one of my favorite places to grab a quick breakfast or lunch to go. The breakfast burritos, biscuits & gravy, and Table Rock Caviar dip never disappoint.

Small diner, delicious food and great drinks. Wife and I came on our anniversary weekend trip, both of us had the 'Lunker' with a cider and a vanilla latte. Everything was great, if you are looking for a little grub and drinks, this is it!

The food was DELICIOUS, my mother has a major gluten allergy and without even putting it the lady did NOT put the gluten caramel in her coffee. The lady’s and the one gentleman were so kind and nice talked to us as we were leaving and everything. The atmosphere was so homey and cozy

A small, nestled in nook on the highway, down-home cafe. Friendly family atmosphere. Welcoming, stress-free, just a plain and simple eatery where one dan go and just want to hang out a bit. Sandwiches are really good. We live in Kimberling City, about a 20 mile trip to Root Cellar, but we will be back. It is worth the drive.

You couldn't ask for nicer, more cordial folks to serve you.

Great breakfast! Highly recommend. We had breakfast sandwiches and a cinnamon roll. Everything was delicious and made fresh. Coffee was great too.

Excellent local sourced food. Wife had the rebeuen and I had the Root Cellar. Amazing sandwiches. Nice folks with other local products including eggs, milk, honey, etc. Worth a stop.

My son has picked up numerous lunch sandwiches and chips. The Delicious large sandwiches are outstanding. We will continue being a customer with you fine people!
