I didn't get the cashiers name, but she was great. She was at the furthest checkout by the wall that has a rack of purses, around noon on 12/16.

First time getting measured and sized for bras. By far the best bra I have ever bought. Well worth the money

They were having their 7 for $35 panties sale. Still had a wide variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean. I didn't have my Vicky's card with me but they were able to look it up with my driver's license so I could get my reward points.

I’m not a big shopper. Went into the store today and had one of the best experiences ever. Olivia was more than helpful. I’ve found out she recently started 2-3 months ago. Her customer service skills are beyond excellent and really made my shopping trip fun, easy, and worth the trip. With the little information I gave her she sold me a vision. Very good saleswoman and I’m overall impressed. Keep up the great work Olivia.

Erin, Van, Olivia, and Devon are awesome!! They are younger girls yet their professionalism would put women in their 40’s to shame. I’ve honestly never been more satisfied during a shopping trip ever!! There was one girl today at the MidRivers Sephora that had a similar persona. These girls were just simply amazing! It was almost closing time and you would think they just opened. They weren’t pushy, rushy or rude. No one was on their phones. They actually did their jobs. They will literally be the reason for my return. I actually stopped coming to this location for a while because of the issues and rudeness of employees twice the age of these girls. I’m very impressed and as you will tell from previous reviews, it takes quite a bit to “wow” me. Exceptional Job!!

I had a great experience, my sales clerk was nice and polite and listened. She understood what I needed and made great suggestions. I had to return a few items for a different size the next day, I had my receipt and it was an easy and smooth exchange transaction. I will will definitely return to shop at this location which is located inside Mid-Rivers Mall.

I recently went into the store at Mid Rivers Mall to return some items I had purchased online. The manager of the store was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and helped me apply the coupon that I wanted to use for my purchase. I've always had great customer service whether it be on the phone or in store at Victoria's Secret.

I had to do an online return and the employees are very efficient and knowledgable! As well aa sweet and polite..my favorite store!

Very speedy, very nice, would go to this location any time. Never met a bad employee. Though I have seen an employee buying items and they handed her the device so she could pick her prices. Not exactly something bad about the store, but I mean if you can do that why not do it for everyone? Because you lose money that way. Dont let a costumer see you do this, they want the discount too, and we all know not everyone can have it.

I love how they’ve redesigned their posters to the average everyday woman! I’ve always loved their products even if they’re on the pricey side they’re worth it. Their bras last forever if you take care of them properly.

Me and my two daughters absolutely love Pink so much!!!❤ The sales are wonderful!! The staff working on the floor are very knowledgeable and very helpful. A huge variety of very cute clothes and all kinds of different unique outfits. Pink has now started to sell different sizes of clothing also. We will always continue to shop at Pink!!! 💕

Nice comfortable lingerie, which can create a perfect gift for your woman. Fitting rooms aren't available now,but there are plenty of sizes, designs and products to choose from. Also, since fitting room isn't available, you can easily return items. Although prices are at the high end, you get a high quality product for your money, along with some gifts and discounts to use next time.

Love this place!! Has a great selection of Pink products and there is always a sale going on. The employees are so sweet and are willing to go out of there way to make sure you get what you want. They will even measure you to make sure you get the right size Bra to make the girls look there best!!

Great place to find that special gift for your wife or loved one. I wish they had better categorization of location's for where the product on display is located.

This place was great. We visited Victoria's Secrets located in the Mid Rivers Mall in St.Peters Mo. Me as a male shopping with my wife thought "o great another 4 hr store" but to my surprise we were greated by a female employee by the name of Ann. She actually turned, what i thought was going to be a dreadful experience, into quite a pleasant and knowledgeable experience. All i can say is THANK YOU ANN which i made sure to tell both the manager as well as the other employees what a great job she did!!!

Helpful and very knowledgeable staff. My wife went in and was greeted right away by a store associate who led her through a large selection of options she was curious about. Staff were friendly, non-judgmental, and presented an altogether pleasant experience.

Place was clean and amazing staff there very helpful. Actually the whole staff was hotter than u no. Thought I died and went to heaven seriously. Place smelled good so I give it 5 stars cuz well deserved.

Great store and deals all of the time I love the 5 for 38.00 sale that's going on right now and they have new body mist scents now. I found my new favorite 😍. Love spell crystal yayyyy.

The employees are friendly and helpful, they always have my size (38DD) and there is always a sale. Yes, on the weekend or when there is a big sale there will be a line to wait to checkout. To me it's worth it to visit this location. Skip the one at the Meadows and come to this location for the best selection and service.
