The staff was super professional about the Pokemon trading. So much so it actually impressed me quite a bit more than I expected. The fact that they had a mat that allowed them to put the cards down with the prices they were going to provide to us was fantastic.

Not only did the person we have do their due diligence looking up every card that might be worth something. They were also very honest about what could or could not happen with the cards. Such as the differences between their knowledge of pokemon, yu-gi-oh, magic cards.

Highly recommend! Very helpful as my son is just getting into Pokemon, and hosts tournaments for people of all ages

Honestly love this tcg store! All the employees are funny and down to talk and take care of whatever you need! By far my fav place to shop locally. Shop local!🫶🏻

The first two times we went, they were just okay/good. Very busy. But our 3rd visit was the best. Lucky Vince made our trip well worth it! He was super chill, helped us with everything, and even went above and beyond in customer service, knowledge, and extras. Will def be back if he is there. Thanks so much, Vince!

Super helpful and friendly. It doesn't matter if your a novice or an expert, they'll make you feel comfortable. The owner is even great with my wild toddler running threw out the shop. Thank you-all for being so cool!

My son loves coming here. The owner is really nice and welcoming. They have a great selection of cards, and always updating. There are games and tournaments held here as well. If you're looking for trading cards, or a place to play, this is your place to go!

This is an updated review I have of Yeti Gaming. To Vince, Carl, Rich, the other Vince, and all the others, you may or may not wonder why I abruptly stop shopping here, as I was a regular multiple times per week.

I wanted to start off by saying these people are some of the friendliest I've ever met, especially in a retail setting. Y'all treated me like family, even though I likely drove y'all nuts sometimes.

I stream, and open cards for people on various channels. Recently, I noticed inflated pricing at Yeti and couldn't be competitive on my streams with some of the pricing. I understand this is a business and that is how capitalism works. That is the main reason I ended up having to shop elsewhere.

However, there was one employee the last time I was there about 2 months ago that really rubbed me the wrong way. I don't take offense to many things, but it just wasn't the right situation for a business setting.

One worker does not represent the entire store. You all are amazing people. I couldn't have been happier with my time there. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone. And even when I stopped shopping there, I still tell people about Yeti. I wish you all the best. Truly, I mean that.

Fantastic people behind the counters at this store! They give a fair price on your raw or graded cards, and have a huge selection in store! This is the place to go if you want a real pokemon plush!! I recommend this store for pokenerds like myself!

Probably the best Pokemon shop in the st Louis region. Great selection of packs, singles, and rare cards. The staff is super friendly and great to work with

Welcomed my son with open arms and have stepped up and done so much to help him better his yugioh skills and improve his deck. They are great!

Amazing first time experience for a mom with her 6 year old getting into Pokémon cards. They were so patient and kind helping us navigate their mass selection of cards especially since they were having some sort of tournament and extremely busy. Very much appreciated the kindness and it made my son’s day!

Support for positive community-based business! Not only do they provide a safe card play area for players of all ages, they also get involved with youth players in helping them develop skills that will last a lifetime. Wonderful staff. Not many companies/businesses take on a person care in getting involved with a community anymore, I'm not a card game player myself, but I'll shop here for friends to have a reason to support all that they do.

Every time we go to Yeti Gaming we have a great experience. The owners and staff are so kind and welcoming. They seem to love to share their enjoyment of the games. They have a great selection of cards and other merchandise. The pokemon tournament that we attended was a lot of fun! I just wish we lived closer so we could go more often!

This place is amazing. I would give it 50 stars if i could. The people are nice as can be, i always walk out with way more value than i expect and a smile on my face. I look forward to coming back every sunday as i have for a past month... yeti gaming ROCKS!

Great customer service. Place was packed with special needs teens/ adults all of which were treated wonderfully. Owner was beyond nice to me for being my first time. Gave some freeze sleeves out which was nice. Prices were pretty much the same as online shops if not better.
Only complaint i have is the hours. Closing at 4pm on a saturday is kinda lame forces ya to get there quick and early because of how busy it is.
