The front-end manager, Rhonda, is friendly and organized. She helped me with mailing, choosing gifts, and making the bag beautiful.

The Millbrook team is responsive, prompt, caring, knowledgeable, personable and most helpful. Ive used Millbrook (aka Williams in the 80’s). 40 years of outstanding service for scripts, annual shots, OTC advice & through very serious illnesses-,they go the extra mile to assist with health care. 5 star plus! Best greeting card selection in town, great place for “pick up gift.” I highly recommend.

Like many others, I finally gave up on Walgreens and CVS several years ago! It was one frustrating mistake and screw up after another at both pharmacies. I called Millbrook out of frustration and talked to Jennifer who was the epitomy of excellent customer service and helpfulness. I was instantly hooked and have been going to Millbrook exclusively for about 3 years now! I'm not sure why it took me so long to write a review, other than the fact that I don't normally write reviews. Jennifer and Matt are both wonderful, as is Rhonda (the front end manager)! I have never had a problem with any employee and would recommend that you look no further! They all provide personalized service and are truly the BEST!

My experience with most pharmacies has been terrible, so I am really glad to have discovered Millbrook (via my husband). The staff here are friendly, gracious, non-judgmental, and actually want to help you.
Today when I called about a prescription, the employee I spoke with offered additional ideas on how she could help--kindly and completely unprompted. They notify you when your prescriptions are ready, and when a medication is out of stock, they notify you as soon as new stock arrives. They reach out to your insurance company for you. They reach out to your doctor for you. They pick up the phone when it rings. They treat customers not only as human beings, but with respect.
I wish all pharmacies were as professional as Millbrook, but at this point I am more than happy to give this family-owned company my family's business, and recommend them to others.

Love Millbrook; Rhonda is wonderful, cheerful and always welcoming! Pharmacy is great; if you need a vaccine, best ever. Barely ever a pinch. If there is something I need and it’s not in stock, it’s delivered the next day from Ladue location. Wonderful toy selection, as well as adult gifts. Why go to Walgreens or CVS? Support a local family business. And did I mention a post office with stamps, ability to mail packages?

Excellent first experience! I will only be using Millbrook pharmacy from here on out. Finally a pharmacy that knows what they are doing. We even got a text message when our prescription was ready. I wouldn’t think that that would be such a hard thing to do, but Walgreens never has my prescription ready on time nor do they send me a text message or phone call when it’s ready. Walgreens continues to fail us time and time again. We will not be going anywhere else but Millbrook pharmacy. Definitely check them out!

Very personable staff... Helpful, sincere, concerned about the customer. You can get your medications, your shots, vitamins, ice, ice cream, wine, gifts, cards, socks, toys, etc. They also have a Post Office satellite. It’s a great place.

Just went here for the first time after growing increasingly frustrated with Walgreens. It was such a pleasant experience and just how I hoped a neighborhood pharmacy would be. Friendly and knowledgeable pharmacist and staff. I am so happy I found this place!

Every employee is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of merchandise and their greeting card selection is the best around. The pharmacists are all at the top of their game and a joy to work with.

Millbrook Pharmacy is the best!!! Everyone is so competent and helpful. One time, my prescription was sent to Walgreens instead of Millbrook, and the Millbrook pharmacists called Walgreens and took care of the transfer for me. Walgreens pharmacists would never!! Furthermore, the line at Walgreens in Richmond Heights can be up to an hour, and there is never a wait at Millbrook. Definitely recommend this place over anywhere else!

Millbrook, absolutely the BEST! My kids run to hug Rhonda who always greets everyone with a smile! She is always helpful and brings fun and trendy items in the store! Matt and the entire pharmacy team always get my prescriptions or seasonal shots ready quickly, answer all my questions, are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help. The staff goes above and beyond to make life easier, from calling my Dr’s office for me, doing research to get me great prices or offering free delivery on my prescriptions, this is a business that cares! I wish more businesses were this customer service oriented! No long lines, no hassle, just easy!

It is so refreshing to go to a pharmacy where there give you individual attention and explain your prescriptions to you. Customer service is great & the have a wide selection of gift items and cards as well.

Matt, Nick, and the rest of the pharmacy staff actually care about their customers! I lost my insurance a couple years back and swore as soon as I did not have to use discount cards at big box pharmacies that I would be back. When I was using certain pharmacies I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience many times. I am so glad that I get to call Millbrook pharmacy my pharmacy home now. I have had multiple interactions with this staff that have warmed my heart. From the minute you walk in the door, until you leave you will be treated with respect and kindness.

This is my go-to pharmacy. They have always been very nice and courteous both in person and on the phone, and my prescriptions are always filled super fast.

I especially love the many ways they have made filling and refilling prescriptions so much easier! They send text updates on my prescriptions, allow refill requests online (very convenient and great when I suddenly remember I need to request a refill at 10pm), and even offer prescription delivery to my home! The latter is great because of my work schedule, and sometimes it's a hassle to drive out to the pharmacy myself. I haven't had this level of service from chain pharmacies like Walgreens or clinic/hospital pharmacies. Highly recommend.

Millbrook Pharmacy genuinely could not be more helpful and competent! They text you when your prescription is ready, call the doctor if there are any issues filling it, and there is never a wait. So glad I made the switch!

WOW! I usually go to Walgreens or CVS but they happened to be out of my medication. Millbrook had it, which brought me in for the first time. I'll never willingly go back to Walgreens. This is such a great pharmacy with the cutest selection of gifts and convenience items.

Really comfy and convenient pharmacy. Rhonda is the sweetest and super friendly! super great location for students and nearby residents.
