While I understand that this is an "uncomfortable" situation for people who are down on their luck, job loss, divorce, etc, as I qualified for one of those. I went online to reads the reviews of which most were not very good. My interactions both on call and in person have been very professional and pleasant. I had interactions with Debbie, Melvin and Mary who treated me with respect and a smile.

Very professional and helpful, they have always treated me like a person and not like I'm some criminal who has unpaid bills, on top of working with me on a payment plan I could afford. Today I spoke with John (ext. 6781), he was polite and had an upbeat attitude. He answered all my questions thoroughly and even gave me great advice on what to do after my last payment. Thank you guys for always being professional and understanding, it's greatly appreciated.

Food was good

Most of the people that you have to deal with at this law firm is very rude and disrespectful!! They treat y like your a criminal! When an employee treat y nice everything goes much smoother and none of the rudeness has to be!! By the way my last name is spelled wrong.

Very rude, don't listen 😤. They are horrible people, with no sympathy just what can you pay.
