Nocturnal Brewing

A gem of a restaurant with really impressive beers for a small town. The food was excellent and the beers had about 24 taps brewed by the establishment in a wide variety of styles from lagers to ipas to saisons to stouts.

They do a lot of pizza and it was really good. Even have gluten free options that turned out great. They have a second kitchen for wings and many other options.

It's one of very few restaurants in the town. It was an excellent choice despite so few options. I was very pleasantly surprised and would return without question.

This is far and away my #1 recommendation anywhere within the vicinity of Hayesville. The head brewer really knows what they are doing. The hazies are insanely good. The food never misses. You can have anything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed. Pricing is VERY reasonable.

Love thus place! Great staff, delicious food (like wow! Better than any brew place I think I have had!) Chips with salsa and cheese was awesome and flavorful. The flavor of the hatch chillies in the queso was awesome, and the salsa was thick and rich. Burger was awesome. Wings, rice bowl, and Buffalo chicken tacos were all awesome. Excellent drink menu and my OG daiquiri made this OG smile.

Solid hardcore industrial brew house decor vibe. Friendly staff serving outstanding and delicious classic "bar food" , great beers, and selection beverages means something for everyone. Pet friendly outdoor seating. Families welcome. I'm looking forward to returning.

I was on Vacation in near by Georgia and i decided to stop with the family for good food and drinks. I was totally blown away how good the food and drinks were. The old fashion was amazing and the margarita pizza was out of this world 10 out of 10 best margarita pizza I have ever had in my life. We also ordered the skillet cookie and woah amazing best desert! The atmosphere was amazing and service was great!!!

We are new to the area and have only been here once but I can’t wait to go back!! Such a great place with a relaxing vibe and everyone was so friendly. I ordered the Big Noc burger and it was excellent! Tasted like a gourmet big mac. Oh, and the cheese grits, some of the best I’ve ever had!! I was in seventh heaven. Looking forward to spending lots more time here.

Went in with my wife and some friends for an early dinner. I was very impressed with the ambience right away. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted by the hostess. Our waiter and the food were fantastic. I had a great cheeseburger and my wife had the fish tacos and said they were the best. Oh yeah, the beer was really good too.

We had a fantastic dinner during our trip to Hayesville. The salmon was delicious, well presented, and the location is great! Highly recommend.

We were attending a concert in Hiawassee and found this place through a Google search and are glad we made the 15 minute drive over. The food here is amazing as we started with the chips and salsa then had a hamburger with mac-n-cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich with grits! We tried a couple of their beers and was not disappointed. We will definitely make a return trip when we are back in the area in hops they have a few more of their beer selections on tap.

Passing through and stopped due to appealing branding. The menu is robust and interesting and the beer is top notch!

Have yet to have a poor experience here. The food has been fantastic and consistent, and they always have friendly employees. Our favorites are the fried brussel sprouts, buffalo chicken sandwich, Mac n cheese, and their chili when they have it. Their beers are good, the favorite probably being the blueberry sour recently. Easy place to take kids with a couple of relaxed large open areas.

My bf and I was looking for a cool spot to have some beers and food. Wow the beers was great we had sours. Some ppl are not a fan but we are. The food was GREAT we was actually surprised where we are from closer to atl Georgia. The prices was good and we got a lot a food for the price. Everything was good my bf said his burger was the best burger he had in awhile so highly recommended to try out the burgers. Good vibe and great service. Hope we can come back in the future.

Visiting from out of town and decided to check this place out. There was a wait for dinner so we went to the bar to grab some drinks. Dave the bartender was so friendly and helpful to us as he suggested beers and got us samples (we really liked the dark lager) The wait was very short and service was quick. We got two pizzas that were very good. Highly recommend you check this place out.

Nocturnal did not disappoint for a Saturday afternoon late lunch! The service was awesome. The food and drink was awesome. Live music was great. While they aren’t open a ton on their hours, if I have the chance to get here I do. Lunch was the Hayesville Hot Chicken Sandwich with the awesome Kale Caesar. Their homemade version of the Nashville Hot was really good, a tad sweeter and not as spicy as the traditional Nashville Hot but cooked to perfection super flaky crust!!

Great place in Hayesville NC :) It's a trendy local brew pub serving tavern food; sandwiches burgers and tacos pretty much. Service was good. The burgers were very good. The big noc and the burger of the month are both highly recommended. Close if your staying around Lake Chatuge.

The farm-to-table food is so delicious. I definitely suggest getting the brisket tacos amazing juicy melt in your mouth flavorful twist on a old go to favorite. The hamburgers are amazing local meat and the buns are fluffy and buttery the sauce compliments all the ingredients of the burger.

Long overdue review - this is our favorite place in the area! Beer is outstanding!! It's on par with any top notch brewery in the metropolitan areas. We've tried most of the menu, and the food is ALWAYS spot on - wings are my favorite, and they have vegetarian/vegan options. Ambiance is spectacular!! Indoor/outdoor seating with a dog friendly patio. The staff are courteous and professional. We've never had a bad experience, and I can't say enough great things about Nocturnal!!

Great place to drink a cold beer and eat amazing food. Service is always excellent. Staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. Pizza is amazing but I personally love the Smashburger. Really enjoy coming here, one if my favorite breweries of all time.

This place is amazing! Awesome staff, I mean really awesome! They are so helpful and have such great attitudes towards their patrons and are so friendly! All of their food is sourced fresh from North Carolina, and their beef comes from a farm 15-20 miles away in Brasstown, NC. And when you taste the food you ordered, there is no doubt it is as fresh as it gets and bursting with flavor! The house made beers and sours are to die for! This place lacks nothing! If you find yourself in or around Hayesville, NC, don't miss your chance to experience this gem!

Great find in a small town. Their habanero mango cider was amazing. The street corn grits are a must-have. We tried the chicken and steak Philly.. both were great. The service was wonderful and open nice atmosphere.
