Jessie and the team went above and beyond in my purchase of my used Ford F150. There was some unforseen hiccups along the way and they went above and beyond there at Jacky Jones to get it all sorted out. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will recommend family and friends from her in TN go down to do business with that amazing team.

Everything was fabulous. You guys came and picked up our car ON TIME, the young lady was dressed nicely and she was very polite. She left a loaner car for me with the key. She called me and returned the car once the service was finished, and parked the car where she found it, leaving the paperwork and keys where I could easily retrieve them. The next day, your service department called me having found a recall notice on this vehicle we had not been aware of. (We just bought this car) You set up service to be done AT OUR HOME within just a few days!! The day of this second service, the gentleman called me as he headed to our home so he did not startle or scare me appearing in our yard. As a woman, I appreciated this tremendously. He was very polite and completed the recall service in our driveway, left the key in the car and honked the horn when he finished up to leave, as he told me he would do.

After having less than stellar service for a many years at your competitor here locally, I am more than impressed. We are very pleased and have told several friends already what a wonderful experience Jacky Jones Ford in Hayesville provided to us.

Excellent dealer for used vehicles! Found one I liked online and when I pulled in Josh was right out to assist. Got the keys for the one I wanted to see and off I went on test drive. They gave good value on my trade, and the paperwork with Chris went smoothly. Came out and car had been washed and tank filled!
Andrew came out before I left to assist in any way he could , syncing phone and going through the way vehicle worked.

Bill Sutton Jr is your guy!! My husband bought an F-250 from him and my husband is strictly a Honda driver. Then, when a bird pooped on the fresh paint, Bill took it and cleaned it himself so that the paint wouldn’t be damaged!

Excellent service from the Service Department. Barry the Service Manager even arranged to have my Expedition picked up at my home in Helen, GA and driven to their shop in Hayesville, NC. I was surprised that the pick-up and delivery of my vehicle was arranged by the big boss, General Manager Mr. Kimsey. This is outstanding Executive Valet Service. The work was completed all in one day and included technical repair on the transmission at a very fair and reasonable price. Jacky Jones' Parts prices were lower than I could have bought on the internet. The service tech did an Excellent and clean job. Now my 10 yr. Old Expedition runs and drives like new. From the top boss, down everyone treated me like I was a member of the Ford family. Barry the Sevice Manager and his team answered my calls and questions promptly, properly diagnosed the proplem over the phone based on the symptoms and had the parts on hand within a week. WOW!
