The sales women was very nice, had good information, demonstrated many chairs. And believe I probably sat on all of them. I finally found one I liked and she was most helpful in finding the color I wanted to go with my new sofa. Very, very please, and all the employees were helpful, kind and gave a hello and seems very knowable. I've been looking for 3 months for this chair and can't wait to get it home. Thank you.

Excellent! Salesperson Terry knowledgeable of products & manufacturers. Was overwhelmed by the number & variety of recliners on display. We tried out many different types & brands. Terry's help & patience...& friendliness was great. Prices were reasonable. Can't wait for delivery. Type of recliner is what I need ( doctor's advice ). The only negative is 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Can't E & O EXPEDITE? Doesn't the manufacturer also sell directly to individuals? With possible shorter delivery time?

Christy Jordan was extremely helpful and gave expert advice about how to coordinate my new home. She spent a lot of time helping me not make mistakes and I will recommend her to others.

Such a nice selection of products, and what a well done showroom! You can spend a little, or you can spend a lot. We were not pressured either way by our salesperson Christy. We were given time and privacy to talk amongst ourselves, and Christy was available to jump in and answer detailed questions when we were ready. She was so well versed in all the products, which we appreciated. We will be back for sure!

I cannot say enough about my salesperson in Hayesville, Christy. She has been "patiently" working with me over several visits. She had to juggle having many clients at the same time, yet I felt I was her only customer. She does not push, is very honest, and it is obvious she truly cares about the customer being happy with choices made. I was also grateful for her phenomenal taste as a designer. The lady who worked the desk in the showroom was very personable and professional, and again, not pushy.

Christy Jordan was very helpful. She was really knowledgeable about the furniture as well as the store policies. She worked patiently with us to make sure we found the right piece of furniture.

We count have asked for a better sales person than Christy, she wasn’t pushy at making me feel like I was wasting her time. Very patient and worked with us as if we were the only people in the store. Just love her.

I stopped at Eller and Owen’s looking for a lift recliner for my mother in law. Christy Jordan greeted me at the door and showed me the recliners they had. She went above and beyond expectations finding the color we wanted at another location and having the recliner brought to Hayesville. She also answered questions later in the day when we called for more information. Great customer service and quality furniture!

I had an amazing experience at Eller & Owens Furniture this week selecting new Bedroom Furniture. My sales person happened to be the store Manager. Her name is Christy Jordan and she was very professional and full of decorating ideas. I'm so thankful that I went to Hayesville and left with what I was looking for. Thank you Christy for your help and seeing my vision and knowing what I was looking for. Also she was a great listener and very tentative and that's the key in being a great salesperson and manager!!!

Eller & Owens touts being a family business. My wife and I drove from Acworth GA to Murphy, NC because we found two recliners at a very good price. We walked in and met family. It wasn't too long before we felt like family.

We worked with Regina. We sat on the furniture, made our fabric choices, and were sitting talking. Everything went smoothly and we now await our furniture. It was just after Halloween, and we got to talking about trick or treating and our favorite candy bars we used to get. Sure enough, it wasn't long before Regina found us the exact candy bars (3 Musketeers) we talked about. I guess she still trick or treats....

Everything about the transaction was professional and friendly. Being new to the area, we now have one solid place to go to for furniture (and maybe some more candy).

Terri Queen was an awesome help to me in selecting my chairs and some nice fabrics to take home. When I found “the one” she fixed me up with an order, an estimated delivery date and I’m on the way. Awesome service all the way around.

Walked into the Hayesville showroom with hope, prayer, and little else for info. I had enjoyed the comfort of both a couch and loveseat bought 2 years earlier by a friend I was visiting in town. When they told me where they bought it I had to try and see if it might still be available. Christy not only figured out the exact model, finish and accessories I was referring to she had me picking out colors/leather for that particular piece within 15 minutes. Outstanding service, especially considering there was never a break in people coming through the door that afternoon. She and her staff did an outstanding job, and I will definitely be buying more furniture from them in the future.

Kasey was absolutely a great help to us picking out a bed & mattress! She was very knowledgeable & knew exactly what we wanted! Will definitely shop here again.

Christy was knowledgeable and very patient with helping us decide on a mattress. She spent all the time needed in explaining the differences in each brand/model. Her assistance allowed us to make the best decision in our purchase.
