A&W Restaurant

This store had some really bad issues in the past. 2 different times I waited an hour for food. Yes, literally an hour! Went back yesterday for the first time in months and the service was great! Friendly people, quick service and great food. Whatever they have done, it's a very positive change.

Food was very good and the staff were great! The cashier was quick to bring us our food. I got the 3 piece chicken meal with rice and French fries. The AW root beer is amazing here. Best place to get it.

Amazing service at the drive through. Food was hot, fresh and better than most fast food we've had lately. Thank you very much! Even the kids loved it!

Adding their Sriracha Cheese Curds are amazing!!!

Second time in a couple of weeks. First time, the food rocked as if I hadn't ate in months. Only complaint, no mugs found under the pop machine where they were kept. Second trip, I expected they were out and WAS ecstatic. Purchased 3 for family!!

Long john silvers same bldg. Enjoyed a seafood quick lunch!

It's been many many years since I have visited a Long John Silvers.
This particular location is run very well. I was greeted with a smile. Great customer service. The food was cooked perfectly and it just seemed to be reminiscent of the good old days.
I know this isn't the healthiest place to grab a bite but if you are in the mood it's a good food to.

Drive thru could hear me well they were honest about their tea not being made since opening👍. Gave me everything I ordered and when I ordered an extra piece of fish when I got to window it wasn't a big deal to them. Thank you for smiling and making it a pleasant experience.

Service is always prompt. Never had my order messed up and I usually go through the drive thru. They ways apologize about the wait but it's never really that long. Food is always hot and amazing.

I had the all you can eat fish. Despite only 2 young females working... they kept the fish cooking. I fo think it's a shame them nice girls were so overworked and understaffed . You could tell they were exhausted but didnt complain or be rude bc of it. They showed they cared about their job. 5 stars bc of the girls working, 0 stars for the owners. Shame on you.

The wait is usually pretty long but only because they make pretty much everything fresh. The last time I was there (Ash wednesday) the sweetest girl was working the drive thru window.

I love this place. The Fish and Chicken planks are always steaming hot. The Root beer is so good too!! Most of the time I get great service.

Excellent food, service and timeliness! Never a bad meal and plenty of food to share! Prompt service in the drive thru and never had a mistaken order in any way! Nice job everybody!

Long John Silver's in Liberty Missouri my granddaughter she's five she tries to explain to her parents that she doesn't like fish but they don't seem to want to listen but she and I have a secret neither one of us are big fish bands but hung John Silver's and Liberty she and I both love their fish and their chicken so we have a little secret that nobody else knows about except for all of you now

The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The grounds were in average condition and the interior was okay. Overall, this is a good establishment and I would return again.

Fish tacos were excellent. John, who waited on us, had the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant! Great experience!

Kinda a old restaurant. But I loved it it was cute! good view out the windows sits on a small hill off highway..made fresh...the staff was fantastic yummy!

Fantastic Staff that always does their best to make sure the customer is having a great experience. Only thing I'd improve is fixing the jukebox.

Long John Silvers in the A&W restaurant has very good fresh food, not soggy or greasy.
