We have had the best service at Lasater. Everyone is very nice, always keeps us updated on our vehicle, call to let us know what’s wrong and what the options are. Very honest in telling you what you need. I find the service to be great, quick, and fairly priced. We will continue to use them for all of our vehicles.

Wow! As a woman, you're always cautious that someone will treat you fairly at a auto repair center.... Never have I felt more comfortable than here. My car has been serviced here 3 times now and I will not be going elsewhere. Kelly and the team treat you with respect and KINDNESS. Hard to find both these days. I have taken my car to them on a couple of occasions, I have always found them to be fair and do a good job. I was referred by a couple of my friends who had work done there and were happy.

Kelly kept in contact and let me know what was going on and I like the fact that they are closed on Sat and Sun. That shows it is important to give the employees some family time.

The check engine light on my 87 year-old mother-in-law‘s car came on. She brought the car to a repair shop close to her home in St Charles. They told her that they could not diagnose the problem because the car computer was not sending any signals to their diagnostic tool. They recommended that we bring the car to the dealer to have the cars computer looked at. They warned us that fixing the cars computer would be an expensive repair. We brought the car to Lasater and they were able to diagnose the problem. It was not the cars computer, it was another part which was much less expensive to replace. They were able to fix the car the same day that we brought it in. The car now runs better than it has in quite a while. I highly recommend Lasater.

Can't say enough about these guys. Glad my friends recommended them. My first time dealing with them, not pushy, friendly, patient and thorough. Kelly and Tony were excellent to work with. They got my first major issue taken care of and now I'm letting them do a large amount of work because I trust they will do a great job. Gave me options to do as much or as little as I wanted to and took the time to go over everything on the vehicle with me. You need these guys if you need work done. Thank you.

When my truck started giving me issues I called Lasater. Got an Appointment made, after diagnosing gave me all of the options. Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable guiding me to the best decision Greg replaced my engine in a timely fashion. I could not ask for better workmanship and customer service.

Kelly Is so great to work with. Our cars all go here to get repaired. This week my van needed new brakes. When you call and get on the schedule most of the time they are a week or 2 out because they are amazing. They get you in and out when it’s your turn. I trust their work and their prices.

I had the best experience today w/Lasater Auto. Super helpful and went out of their way to make sure my mom got my car in the shop and fixed TODAY even though they were super busy. I am grateful for the quick fix and fair price(rotors, brake pads & rotation). Highly recommend and may just switch to Lasater moving forward ;)

I've always had amazing experiences with Lasaters and today was no different. My car had a few issues and the staff could diagnose the issue over the phone and said they could get it done quickly and they did. I appreciate all the extra effort they put forth the help me stay on the road so I can get to work the next day.
It's no wonder why they're scheduled so far ahead.

We will never use another shop in town. Kelley and his team want to help while being honest.
