Culver’s

My partner and I tried a new Culver’s location and it was AWESOME. I grew up in Wisconsin and the fries were some of the best fries I’ve had at a Culver’s. Sissy was the person who checked me out and she was AMAZING. We high fived. Her energy was great. Jason, the manager, was the person who took my partner’s order and brought our food out. He was clear about extra charges for things and also very kind. The cheese curds, grilled cheese with tomato, and the concrete mixer were absolutely delicious. Thanks y’all! We will be back

This place is the best restaurant in the world. This is dining at its peak. The fries are perfectly crispy and soft on the inside. The burgers have an exquisite flavor that is not achieved at any other food establishments in the world. The frozen custard is magnificent and the flavor of the day is always great. The employees are always kind and friendly. Even the soda tastes better at Culver’s. Your life will be changed at Culver’s.

One of your older counter employees was polite, enthusiastic, and cared about her job more than I've ever seen in fast food. She went above and beyond in every way. She asked about my day and told me to stay safe when she delivered my order with a smile. She deserves a raise and should be the one to teach others how to promote positivity the way she does. It was a great experience, and i look forward to seeing her again.

I went through your drive thru about noon today. Placed
my order and paid the bill $89 and change. When I got home I discovered we were missing 2 orders of chicken fingers, one large fry and an order of onion rings. The person at the window seemed confused and was hard to understand. Very bad experience.
Update 1/26/24:
I contacted the store manager on the phone Tuesday. He listened intently and was very apologetic. I have been compensated for the loss which was very nice. More importantly, Culver's showed they strive to do their best and customer satisfaction is #1. Well done!

The milkshakes are absolutely delicious! I had one made with chocolate custard, chocolate syrup, and peanut butter... FIRE!!! And my bacon deluxe double cheeseburger, loaded with all the toppings, was on point too! Great, friendly customer service here whether you dine in, hit the drive through, or order for take out. The employees are always super nice. I'll be a lifelong customer for sure!

I have never had a bad experience at Culver's, and I love this location. Rivaled only by Chick-fil-A in customer service and quality, the Kirkwood Culver's is always great. It's cozy, the employees are kind and attentive, and the food always tastes fantastic. Please keep up the great work, Hellenbrand family and crew!!!

Culver's food is always great. 1st time dining in. The staff brings the food to the table, hot and freshly cooked.

The double cheeseburgers and peanut butter/chocolate milkshakes are my favorite, absolutely delicious! There's so many mulch and milkshakes flavors to choose from it's hard to make a decision because they are all very good! Customer service, weather at the counter, or at the tables he's very good. All of the employees have been well taught! If I could I'd go here everyday for at least one meal! It's located on Big bend just off of interstate 44 next to the old Hardee's.

So quick, even if there's a line of cars around the building! I don't mind waiting tho even if it is packed. The older lady that I usually see running orders out to cars is awesome, and I was actually disappointed that someone else brought my food to my car the last time because I always try to tip her! I don't know her name, but that woman deserves a raise! Lbvs! 😀

I mean most Culver’s restaurants are pretty much the same, so far have always been satisfied with them. It was what I expected. Pretty much always get the cod dinner there.

First time being here. Good food but didn't know I had to put the sticky number on my mirror until I saw the car in front of me do it. Instructions at the window would be nice, though I'm sure they assume everyone has been there before.

Best fast food burgers by far. A double cheeseburger with grilled onions is less than $7. Can't beat that. I don't usually eat fast food but when someone says Culver's I'm all about it. The staff is incredibly friendly.

A good place to eat. I have received food that has been sitting for a while instead of freshly made. (A cheeseburger with a dried out bun, patty falling apart, and you can easily tell the cheese was old.) But the manager and crew were nice and replaced it.

Food was great, but there were 6 noisy children ages (10-13) they were running through the restaurant, talking loudly. The people (adults) that were with them totally ignored them! They left after a half hour. Lots of employees, but all were teenagers. No adult in sight. I love Culvers, but apparently, they need older management. This was a Sunday afternoon.

Very good experience. Really nice and clean. Extremely friendly and polite staff. The food is outstanding, and moderately priced. In excellent pork loin sandwich. Love thier french fries. Will most definitely return. Easy parking.

Could not understand a word the lady who brought our shake out was saying. Prices are crazy but unfortunately a sign of the times. Getting harder to justify patronizing fast food anymore.

Location:
The business is located near Sam's club and you can easily get to it from the highway. Parking spots are plenty but watch out for busy hours if you park in and can't get out due to extended long line from the drive-thru.

Very family orientated base of customers that frequent often.

Friendly, greeted with smiles, patient and fast to clean the environment.

Found one outlet near the seats closest to the entrance.

Food was not sloppy and as fast food, it was well presented.

Very clean and tidy.

Loud environment with a lot of people having a great time.

Can never go wrong with Culvers. One lady there only spoke Spanish so I pulled out the best I could remember and we had a lovely conversation

Great Culver’s. The people who run it are so nice and they always have great food. Their fundraiser nights are awesome for orgs in the community. Really recommend to anyone looking for their Wisconsin favorites in the St. Louis area!
