A Bar Named Sue

This is our go to when my husband and I go out for date night. All the workers are so nice, their drinks are always spot on. They're quick even when it's packed. And even their food is delicious. Although if I'm honest I've only had it after like 4 or 5 drinks so. Make of that what you will. 😅😅 Totally recommend this place.

Great hot buffalo wings, and free pool, at least during the day. I haven't been here in the evening and I don't drink, so I can't comment on either of those factors. so many other items on the menu sound amazing, and I'll definitely have to come back to try a number of them. Friendly service. I just noticed there's also a ping pong table so I will definitely be back here.

Awesome spot for karaoke 2 times a week, B is the best! The servers do a great job here too, their food is 10/10

Me and my lady had a pretty good time the first time we checked it out. They had free games which was nice. We wanted to shoot pool but the 2 tables never opened up so we decided to try out shuffleboard and it was fun to play for a change. I cant comment on the food we didn't order anything.

We went there after work to celebrate my birthday. Had a few drinks and food. Service was great and friendly.

Always great place for lunch before all the crazyness!!!! One of my favorite places to grab a brew and a grilled cheese w/bacon may I add and the fries are always made fresh to order!! Ask for ma boy James he'll lead you in the right direction!

Larger space than the facade alludes to. Once in the front door a staircase descends to a very large basement bar with a large bar and plenty of tables. Typical working-class bar with darts, pool, and karaoke.
Service is good at the bar but terrible at tables. Food is fairly average bar food. Kitchen didn’t look really clean as i passed the entrance, but I’m not positive that I could report any serious issues. The bathroom (women’s) could use a scrubbing. There was plenty of toilet paper and soap, hot water worked.
Overall, it was a fun place for a couple of beers, but get dinner before you go.

Love this place. So many nightly activities, great community, and free pool!

I love this hole in the ground the tables are level the bar is stocked and there aren't so many people that you can actually move around I could go on and on but if you want to know to gotta go see for yourself

Went to see a show and this bar turned out to be another gem hidden in a strip mall. Spacious downstairs place has food, lots of tables, a huge selection of beer and liquor, as well as a pretty decent stage area. Staff were nice and friendly, they take drink orders from the floor even, and the other customers put out a good vibe..

Will be back to try the food one day, as it looked pretty good passing.

This was a very fun local, hole in the wall type bar :) you could tell the people were having a great time, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the drinks were delicious. I tried a local beer shown in the photo and I would recommend trying it!! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Salt Lake City!

One of my favorite bars in the Millcreek area! Karaoke, bingo, and live music make it fun.

Definitely my go to bar. Such a fun atmosphere and prices are descent.

A bar named sue is by far my favorite bar that is named “a bar named sue.” Try saying that 3 times fast. Clean bathrooms and the burger is good. Wish it was more rare. Rarer.

Had fun, Impressed with the food quality. Steven was great. He apologized that they don't have a blender for drinks. That's crazy for a bar. Free pool definitely a plus, made it easy to leave a good tip!

I loved it. It has a party environment that i like. And the fact that they offer food is even greater. The bar tenders are pretty awesome. No complaints from me 🙂

We came here after being snubbed by our waitress at brickyard bar right down the street. So serendipitous that we did. Awesome server, super attentive and quick. Amazing food. We had the mac and cheese and chicken garlic parmesan bites😋
