Panera Bread

Whoever was the manager tonight was incredible. I got there and my online order couldn’t be completed because they were out of bread bowls. She offered to still give me my soup and lots of bread plus a refund to makeup for it. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed and we genuinely appreciated it! We hope you see this!

I always love Panera. Clean restaurant with nice variety of choices. I ordered cheddar soup and chicken Asian salad. My husband had the same soup plus a turkey bacon sandwich. I love that you can depend on consistently good food.

I can always count on this restaurant to give me good food that is also good for you. Staff is very professional. They have their act together and I enjoy having a combination of a sandwich and a salad. There’s lots to choose from. Coffee is also very good.

This particular location has a very large indoor area to sit down and eat if that’s your thing. Lots of big windows I like to sit near to get a little bit of the outside view while I’m eating. Come check it out

Had my usual of squash soup and green goddess salad. Love the pick 2 option. Nice choc chip cookie for 2/2 price as a rewards member.

Really good food, but inside was a bit run down and old looking. The one thing that keeps me from going more is the menu. It's in a different language, which makes no sense. I can't even pronounce most items. And was called St.Louis bread Co. So why the over complicated menu?

Food was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place for healthy eating stop between Cape Girardeau, MO and St Louis. The A/C was working very well for a hot summer mid morning stop.

I went through the drive through, and ordered the last 3 bagels. By the time I got to the window to pay , they had sold them to someone else. The manager came to the window and explained , and gave me a coupon for the next time . I really appreciate this. Thank you 😊

First time ever going to a Panera Bread.
They got our order wrong, and fully complied and corrected it. And Voided our tab. (Thanks to the wonderful manager lady.) I recommend this place. For people trying to have a relaxing dinner.

The last couple tines I have been to this location the staff has been amazing. I forgot to order my sandwich without condiments on it they remade it without. I also did an online order in the past but wasn't actually for the festus location didn't know till I arrived but the manager on duty thst day just made it for me anyways and since I already paid they just took care of it.

Brandi was absolutely amazing, she truly went above and beyond for myself and my kids. She traveled all the way to my home after just the slightest mishap. She handled everything so professionally. We will be back tomorrow, due to our experience tonight.

I had the Asian Salad, needed a little more dressing, was dry and no flavor. My friend had the Crispy Salad and the dressing was delicious. Not worth price

Festus is so lucky to have a Bread Co cafe that offers high quality and consistency! I am house-sitting in their delivery area, so placed an order through the app. (Pro-tip: place your order through the Panera app, not DoorDash, so your rewards account connects.) My food arrived within 30 minutes: Fresh, Hot, and Accurate! I'd say the value was right on par with what I paid. The Green Goddess Melt was perfect and it seemed like I tasted each ingredient in every bite. While this may not seem remarkable, I feel like some places you order a sandwich and don't get an equal flavor profile. Panera, this is a great location! Keep it up.

Went in for a few bagels and ended up with 13 for cheaper than the 6 I originally went there to get because on Tuesday there's a sale on bagels.
I don't go here often because it's not really a thing I like to eat but I have found a couple of things I like there and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful so I will be going there again soon

I wish I lived closer. This is my favorite Bread Co. in the STL suburbs. Employees are great and I never have any issues with my orders. I have the coffee subscription so I like to get a large iced coffee during every visit. I like to add cinnamon to my coffee and this is the only store that always has cinnamon out every time I visit, so that’s a bonus point.

I order from here just about every day now, and wanted to let you guys know how awesome you do! The food is always fresh, and the one time I had an item be forgotten.. It was at my house less than 10 minutes after calling about it! And the delivery drivers are SO sweet! I didn't catch her name, but the woman who delivered my order today was AMAZING, and made my entire morning! I hope you all are treated well by the company, you deserve the world!

This location is great. One time I had an issue with delivery, no big deal, they couldn't find my address. So, the gm actually brought my food along with a complimentary pastry that was huge. If something does go wrong with your order be patient, they will definitely go out of their way to make it up to you. Can't say that for many places.

Only 3 minutes from my house, it is so convenient. I love the steak and white chedder sandwich they have. I am not looking forward to the day they discontinue it. I hope it will be a permanent item on their menu.

Staff are really nice. They ran out of the baguette toward the end of the night but were very accommodating. Food tasted great. Fresh and hot.

Amazing service! On the long way from Houston to Chicago we stopped for short brake and truly enjoyed fresh and tasty sandwiches and salad! Thank you!
