This place is absolutely amazing with your loved one. I'm so glad we found them !! our dogs just love it here because they get down to their level every time they see them. They are also very thorough!! We couldn't ask for a better place all the way from the front desk to the techs to the doctor's , you won't be disappointed!! We love them so much we plan on driving from Columbia, Mo. Every time we need to see them. We had that good of an experience and are very pleased!

My fur baby was very ill and I was growing more and more frustrated with the care of her current vet. I decided to reach out to this amazing clinic and hit jackpot! If you're looking for a vet that honestly cares for your fur baby's best interest, I highly recommend Family Vet of Lake St. Louis! I felt very confident in my girls care!

I have been a client of Family Vet for a few years now, and I used to live near by the office. Now we live about 30 miles away from Family Vet, but we still are current clients! Our dog Oreo is a Chihuahua and he is very shy and picky about who he allows to take care of him as a vet. Dr. Erin Quigley is very thorough and Amy the nurse is very kind. The office staff is very kind helpful and thorough. They always provide outstanding customer service. I will always come to this veterinarian office in the future, and they are definitely a cut above the rest! They truly care about the all the animals they take care of! Thank you so much Lake, St. Louis, Family Vet and staff for providing care for our dog Oreo. Oreo loves the new dental treat you sent home with us!

We had an emergent situation with my dog that worsened in the early morning hours on a Monday. Made a call to the office once they opened ant they were able to get us in right away. Our overall experience in office was wonderful. Every person we spoke with was knowledgeable and provided compassionate care to my sweet, sick pup. They were able to quickly diagnose his issue and created a comprehensive plan of care. It’s been about a week and my pup is doing great! Couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience! Dr. Quigley is the best! Thank you!!!

I took my dog Patch to Family Vet in Lake St. Louis for a evaluation and was extremely happy with the way my dog was treated. They are kind and caring and gave me all the information I needed. Brought my 3 cats in for their shots and checkups. Everyone is super nice and very attentive to my pets needs. Dr. Quigley was professional and courteous and gave me a sense she cared greatly about our needs as a pet family.

Family Vet of Lake St. Louis, I can not say enough wonderful things about this team. They are the most caring veterinarian I have ever been too. They know my animals by name, I made a mistake and showed up on the wrong day. They stepped right up and took my sweet Maddie. I would like to give a personal shutout to Brandy. She is so warm and sweet and takes her time to explain everything. I never feel rushed.

both of our French bulldogs go to family vet and we know they’re in the best care. everytime we’ve needed support, attention or help, we can rely on any vet and the rest of the staff within the office to take care of our boys. The best!

I can’t speak highly enough of this group. We unexpectedly had to put our cat to rest and we are grateful for the staff at Family Vet. Our cat had a very quick onset of worrisome symptoms and we were able to get him in the same day we called. Unsure of a diagnosis, it was decided he would need surgery and the vet was able to get him on her schedule the next morning. We had a million questions and they took the time to help us better understand the situation. Once it was realized there was nothing we could do to save him, they made sure he was comfy and well loved on all the way to the end. I couldn’t imagine doing their job and the support through this process was very comforting. They were even thoughtful enough to send a grievance card with sweet notes from the staff. On top of it all, they sent copies of his paw prints. That is something we will always cherish. Thank you 💙

Family Vet of Lake St Louis has taken wonderful care of our rescue dog for almost four years now! All of the staff are amazing, and I mean all of them, which is extremely rare to find. Thank you Family Vet of LSL!

Our Rizzo is a rare breed. The techs and Dr were amazing with her. Caring, compassionate and their personalities just resonated and kept Rizzo calm! Highly recommend this place. ❤

They took my Gigi in the minute they opened up and an hour or so later Dr. Nash had called me and talked to me about the plan to get her on the mend. Fast forward to today and while she’s still slow she’s much improved. I will be bringing my girls here on the regular. The staff was kind and caring and the level of care is/was phenomenal. (Update:) it’s still an incredible place. Dr. Erin and the nurses are the kindest most compassionate knowledgable medical team I have ever gone to. Gigi loves them.

I have been bringing my cats to Family Vet for the last few years. The staff has been amazing with my senior kitties. They have helped diagnose and treat my boy cat with thyroid disease. Two weeks ago my sweet 16 year old girl cat wasn’t doing well and they squeezed me in for a late Friday appointment. It was found in only 6 months since her last check up she had developed late stage kidney disease. It was unfortunately just her time. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye that night so we gave her IV fluids hoping she was ok for the weekend full of being spoiled. We planned her goodbye for the next Monday. Unfortunately Saturday night she took a turn and I knew she was in pain and made the tough call to go to the emergency vet. Everyone at that office cared so much for my girl and sent the most heartfelt card during this difficult time even though her final goodbye wasn’t even at their office. Thanks to everyone at Family Vet for the care they have extended to not just my cats but the humans in my family. I know that everyone that signed this card genuinely meant what they wrote. And it’s hard to find people this caring in life.

Very friendly, al says quick, helpful & knowledgeable! The staff is always very accommodating. With an aggressive dog they ask the owner for the best course of action. They also do their best to make visits more affordable.

I have two anxious little dogs and Family Vet does an amazing job of helping me keep them calm and healthy. Everyone is extremely kind and patient! Their app makes asking questions and scheduling appointments easy.

When we moved to the area two years ago we left and amazing vet. I was used to the very best care and worried I wouldn’t find another clinic as great. But Family Vet has been everything and more. We’re very happy patients!

This place is awesome, they take so good care of our Bella(dog) and Elsie(cat). They have actually saved Bella’s life due to helping us with the cancer they found on her and lead us to what steps and places we needed to do/go, too now finally get her in remission which is the best news we have received!

I’m so happy with the quailty & compassionate care my 14 year old dog (and I) received today. We’ve been bringing our dogs here since July 2019 when we moved to the area. We had very high standards as we loved our former vet who was also a friend! We have been so pleased with the care our pets have received since day one. I’m especially grateful to have met Dr Burroughs today, as she took a lot of time explaining my beloved boy’s terminal condition and focused on the fact that we still have some good days left. Nurse Aimee is always the sweetest & best.

Hatch and I Love the staff! And the doctors. They are so good to my baby, always. Not one complaint there and I’ve been going ever since they opened the doors.

Gentle, patient, and so caring. They love our furry family members. Were able to see us quickly. Cannot thank them enough.

Aimee was absolutely amazing with how she handled recent issues with my cat, Toby, who unfortunately, had to be put to rest yesterday. She talked to me and answered any and all questions and gave me freedom to proceed how I wanted. She remembered us from previous visits and genuinely seemed to care about what we were going through and for Toby.

Dr. Quigley sat with us and talked to help Toby (and probably more me) through the process. All completely professional but it didn't feel like a doctor visit, just a conversation.

Can't recommend them more.
