People I NEVER write a Google review but for this sales associate Miss. Jazz I ran to write a amazing review. I had Locs for nine years and recently cut them off, I went to Prince because 1. they were highly recommended and 2. the sale on weave was unbelievable.
I found the sales associate was patient understanding and took the time to help somebody who is new to the weave community. She suggested colors for me to try and they worked out fine shout out to you, Miss jazz, I will definitely be returning 🌺💕

Service is #1 as well. No I really mean it's the BEST Service!!! The gentleman in the store are really helpful and they know their business. The reviews are correct about this place! I Loved, loved shopping at this Beauty Supply. They say its about the customers right? Well this beauty Supply got that sh#$t right! I felt nothing but GOOD VIBES while I was there and if you are into braiding hair with color--(like me)…this is the place to go. I am going back on pay day.
I bought some glasses there and the beautiful lady noticed that she accidently short changed me and gave me back the money.....( I didn't even notice, I was loving the glasses I just bought...lol)..nothing is better than honestly when someone is messing with your money, right?

Best beauty supply place in the Lou! The only place I come to when I’m about to get my hair done. Momma G and Solomon were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive from downtown. And a plus was that they were open on the 4th of July!

I’m convinced that everyone that works there is good because we worked with John on this visit and there was no decline in service.

He actually exceeded my expectations when he confidently showed me something new and better when we discovered that they were out of the product that I had returned for.

I drove all the way from Illinois from the minute I walked in the store the customer service was on point. The owner talked and joked around with my two girls and I made us feel comfortable in his store. I am big on good customer service and this place won me over. I will be driving back to Prince Beauty for all my beauty supplies…..
