Had an excellent experience at Southern Bus and Mobility. Charles was so helpful in taking the metal pin off of my dad’s wheelchair and placing on a new wheelchair. I could not have asked for better service and to top it off Stormy told us our first inspection was on the house. I will look forward to checking back in with them in August!

Extremely helpful! My grandfather needed transportation for my grandmother’s funeral and Southern Bus and Mobility was there for us in our time of need. The staff helped ensure my grandfather not only had transportation, but their flexibility with pickup and drop-off of the van made the day a little less stressful. You would not go wrong calling when you are in need transportation that is accessible to the handicap. This company is one to standby as they care about you and your needs.

Had an excellent experience renting a mobility vehicle. Stormy, Charles, Larry and Dale at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Reading some other reviews below, like One Eye Willy's I believe to be not accurate. Most likely Mr. One Eye witnessed another customer with a rental vehicle and does not reflect this business at all.

We purchased a used 2012 Honda Odyssey on eBay, removed the passenger seat, which triggered an airbag light error. Also, the ramp would not deploy consistently. Thanks to the thoroughness of the mechanics, technicians, and manager, Charles, found numerous problems that their closest competitor overlooked (see photos of altered plug). This altered plug would’ve prevented the airbag system’s deployment in a collision. The skilled technicians at Southern Bus repaired our van’s airbag system and ramp with one appointment whereas their competitor could not after several attempts. If you have a vehicle problem, GO TO SOUTHERN BUS WITH CONFIDENCE! They stand behind their work and their shop rate is very fair. Thank you, Charles, and your team for fixing our van.

My dad used a wheelchair for decades before he died and always had a hard time finding a good vehicle for him, until he found Southern Bus and Mobility. They had a great selection, great options and they are staffed by great people. Whenever there was a problem with his van, they'd be able to help him quickly and efficiently. And somehow, in this world where you can't really trust anyone, they have stayed a company that you can trust. They are ethical and honest. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I expected delivery of an order to arrive in February but due to a supply chain issue with getting a part, the manufacturer didn't ship until mid-May. Southern Bus and Mobility (and their sales guy, Dale) were on top of things with keeping a great line of communication open with me regarding the delay and installation. The rest of the office staff were also top notch, even the shuttle driver who drove us up to the shopping center. The entire team made my choice to work with a company, two and a half hours from our home, the right one. Thank you, Southern Bus & Mobility!

I Love Southern Bus and the people their...they're so nice and helpful. I have purchased two handicap Vans from them. I can't efford the new ones and they have plenty of used ones to choose from. They go out of their way to help You and find what you need! What a great place!!

Competent. Friendly. I appreciate that Appointment times are honored. My time is valuable!!! Many of the garages are first come first served with no guarantee when you get your vehicle back. Who needs that?
