Beautiful little studio and very good teacher we had a best gentle yoga at a very hot day with amazing music

My mom and I have been going to Sweet Peace for over a year now. We love it. There are so many class options with great instructors. Something for everyone! The studio is in an old home, which gives it a cozy feel - especially great in the winter months! The instructors are all so welcoming and kind. Sweet Peace is the best yoga studio around!

I've loved every class I've participated in at Sweet Peace. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm. Regardless of skill level, the teachers are always accommodating and more than willing to offer modifications. I've practiced at several studios in the area, but will always go back to Sweet Peace.

From my first class at Sweet Peace Yoga several years ago I have always felt comfortable, challenged , welcomed no matter what class I took. Every instructor made sure, if necessary to modify a position or show me the basics. In addition, there are numerous classes which should fulfill any yogis needs whether a beginner or more advanced. All the teachers I have had the pleasure of practicing with have been informed and accommodating.

Sweet Peace is a fantastic studio with many wonderful teachers. It’s a very warm and welcoming environment. You will find a class to meet your needs- from beginner to advanced and everything in between.

Sweet Peace Yoga offers classes for all levels. Yoga classes not fitness classes - you may still sweat but posture, breath and mindset are the focus. All are made to feel welcome and should leave with a feeling of sweet peace.

I love sweet peace! It's the way Yoga is supposed to be--challenging but compassionate. The classes vary in intensity, but the energy is always peaceful. It's my favorite studio!

GREAT environment for practicing yoga. Good variety of instructors and class offerings. Classes have a good vibe between participants making it a very welcoming place to practice.
