Very professional, but call CCS to book your appointment. He is fantastic.

The soonest appointment available was a month away, didn't realize that receptionist gave me the wrong address (I was supposed to go to nearby community center first, the clinic was closed) so I didn't make it on time. They said they'll call back to reschedule and hang up on me, 4 business days later, still no call.
Thanks for wasting my time.
