Leone's Custom-Made, Tailor & Dry Cleaning

These guys are so amazing. They saved the day with top notch Customer service and speed in adding some straps to a dress. These guys do custom made tailored suits and tuxedos as well as dry cleaning. I would personally give this company a ten out of ten stars if I could! Thank you for everything that you did for me.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. You have a ton of options for dry cleaning and tailors but the reason I keep coming back is these guys are the text book definition of customer service- you can tell they are passionate about their family business and they are always so friendly and go beyond just providing the service you need but actually make you feel valued as a customer. It’s a level of service that is very very hard to find these days

I have been coming to this generational family business for about four years. Roberto and his father are true artisans who are passionate their their craft, and consistently deliver at a high level. Leone’s is an excellent value and believes that good clothing should be cared for and built to last. I simply can’t imagine going anywhere else. Really—it’s worth a try.

Update: Mr Leone was closing the shop saturday. He had to find two pairs of pants for my daughter, one altered and one dry cleaned. He pleasantly spent 25 minutes looking until he found them both. Great customer service.

After visiting a couple of shops to have some alterations done to a suit, I was not impressed with the level of care at some of these places. That was until I visited Roberto at Leone's Tailoring. Roberto quickly attended to my needs, and consulted me in making the necessary alterations to my suit. The pricing was quite fair, and after just a few days, I went back in to pick up my suit and I was thrilled with how well it fit. This particular suit is my favorite, and now I love it even more. The only drawback is I may wear it out sooner. I am planning on saving up to have one of their bespoke options made for me, as they have an incredible selection of fabrics and styles to choose from. If you're tired of the same ol off the rack stuff that you get from the major chain "quality" brands (I use that term loosely) then give this place a look. For something truly unique, and of great build quality, I would highly recommend this tailor. It's Salt Lake's best kept secret for quality wear. Thanks again!

I was referred to Leone's by a good friend of mine and could not be happier. I had two custom suits made and they are phenomenal! Roberto is amazing to work with and he had me feeling like a Million Bucks. He has also tailored several shirts, pants and suits for me. He has also done great work with my wife's clothing as well. The cleaners do fantastic work as well.
Highly recommend them to anyone.

Took in some suits and one of them had a rip and I did not think it was fixable, but I decided to bring it in anyway. The store manager promised me he could fix the suit and save me hundreds of dollars. He did and its my new favorite suit. The suit fit great. So grateful I brought it in.

You can't go wrong with Leone's. I had a unique situation where I had some pants donated for a family member and he was not able to be there to get measured by the staff. We measured ourselves dropped them off. I was on a short timeline and needed them right away. The work was right on and timeline was realistic. To top it off they even went out of their way way to meet me after they were closed to pick them up since we were going out of town. Who does that??? That is true customer service and I was blown away that they would do that for me. I am a customer for life!

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I've had multiple items hemmed and the dry cleaning has been flawless. Also, their prices are very reasonable bordering on too cheap. Flawless service, friendly interactions and low cost.

Leone saved me. He took a dress that I wasn't loving from a flare to a pencil skirt. This is now my favorite dress. I received so many compliments. We have actually used them for many other things and they have never failed us.

Extremely pleased with this awesome family-owned business. The zipper on my dress was fixed and it was cleaned and ready quickly and the attention to detail was beyond impressive and I felt the price was very very fair and affordable! I'll be back!

I've had three custom suits made by Leone tailoring and must state that the quality and fit is the best! Roberto is knowledgeable and provides the fabric, pattern, and style to best suit your body type.

I've had suits made in NYC and Hong Kong and, in my opinion, Leone's ranks up there with the finest tailors. And I should mention that the price for a custom (bespoke) suit, with the quality that is provided, is the best deal you can ever find in this region.

I just had a suit tailored and a wool overcoat drycleaned at Leone's Dry Cleaning. The price was reasonable, the staff were friendly, and everything was done on time. The suit fits perfectly, and the coat looks good as new.

Hands down the best Tailor and best service in the Salt Lake area. Roberto and his father take the time to treat people right. Every article of clothing I have taken to get altered or cleaned has come out great.

I just had my first experience with Leone's yesterday for a last minute tailoring job. I needed my penguin costume tailored in less than 24 hours for a Halloween party and Leone came to the rescue! It looked awesome, was done on time, and was only $20 for the job! I will definitely be back!

They were so friendly, precise and fast. I took in two formal dresses that needed alterations asap and they were able to complete them overnight for a very affordable cost. Highly recommend them for alterations.
