Love this park! 🛝 So much shade and a HUGE playground for the kiddos! The fake grass around the playground is a great idea! No mulch or rocks in our shoes to come home with us. 10/10 recommend✨

Loved this park !!!! It was huge. Definitely one of my daughters new favorite park. They have a hiking trail , baseball field , and very clean bathrooms ! The park itself had fake turf so it’s very safe for the little ones . Would recommend anyone one with kids big or little to go there . Even great for couples without kids . Nice scenery and like I said they have a hiking trail . Would definitely be back again !

An excellent 🏞 park in Lexington, NC that has a little something for everyone. They have multiple baseball diamond, fields, basketball 🏀 basketball court, three playgrounds, pond, trails, 🧺 picnic shelters and more. There is also a public restroom and ample parking. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking and features as well.

Haven't been there for a few years but have to say the upgrades are fantastic. The main walking trail around the lake has gravel now. Gone are the tree roots and mud. Trees have been trimmed back making the walk very pleasant. The shelter across the lake is cleaned up and beautifully presented. Walking dogs toward the kids play ground we were ASTONISHED at the improvements. A wooden wall built up the area. Grass was beautiful. The new jungle gym is incredible. We remain disappointed the fields are locked. It used to be a nice place to let the pups off leash and run (yes, we always clean up after them).

I reserved a shelter for my grandsons first birthday party. It was well taken care of and very clean.
The play area is well kept and safe for the children to play. You also have trails around the pond. This place is a great place to take your family

Finch park is a great place. I personally love to ride my mountain bike there. The guys have been working diligently to make this a better place. Plus it’s one of the closest places to go ride between Lexington to High Point. The other facilities they provide are great as well. Nice park and highly recommended!

I love this park! Real, turquoise, pinkish lavender slides, and climbing park equipment, on astroturf. Spinning merry go rounds x2. Walk 20 yards into another shady area (past the low brick wall in the first and last picture), and you arrive at the swings. There are 2 toddler swings on one end. Stable heavy duty swings. Solid playground equipment. Biking trails. A small basketball court as you drive in for anyone wanting to shoot hoops. Shady, to stop the temperature from cooking you while you watch the kids play. Ball parks got baseball games used by little league teams and lighting for same. Park close at 8 or 830. Had outdoor shelter with 4 or 6 picnic tables, and a backdrop of a STAGE, elevated on a rise, left of and above the picnic table area. Clear trails. Clear paths. Mostly free of debris or stones to throw or trip anyone walking. I had been too several night games, and didn't know the rest of the park existed. It has been reworked with an all new, so far well kept play park. The children in my house 2 to 12 beg to go there to play. Also noted many people watching every child. If I couldn't see them, someone else had eyes on them. Mentioning that... It's not cluttered, but there are tunneled slides. And we lost one because my grandson dressed her (coincidentally) completely in the colors of the park we had never seen before. 😂 She blended in. Early, it is warmer, and fewer people. Later it was busy, but very friendly. We have now been a couple of times and plan to make it a regular thing. Take your kids outside. Find a park. They'll have a ball... Oh, yeah... They have a concrete flat area just part the covered bridge you come in on. Large. I saw one child riding her tricycle, on it. And there is a hopscotch painted there, and 4 Square. Other things as well. So. Something for everybody.

Me and my grandson love going to Finch Park! We usually take our lunch and eat at the gazebo and then walk around the pond. He loves feeding the ducks and seeing the turtles. The trails are clean and we'll maintained.

What a beautiful spot. The playground was one of the best I have seen in the area. We went to all of them. The lake is beautiful. The riding trails though. I wish I would have had our bikes. The footprint is quite large. We spent a small amount of time here cause the kids and I were on a park-a-palooza tour. We will come back as the In laws live very close when we travel.

The only crime here is that no one has taken any good pictures of this park. One of the most intriguing styles of slides and options we have seen
Kudos to this city

The boys had so much fun at Finch Park. They got to walk around the Lake, see some fish, turtles and a squirrel, swing on the swings, play on the play ground, and watch some people play ball. We had a little picnic and shared our bread.

Finch park is a beautiful city park to enjoy the fresh air while also being active. Whether by yourself, friends, or the family, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Especially the pond full of ducks, biking/hiking trails, various playgrounds, or amphitheater. Have the best day outside at Finch!
