I am so glad I reached out to Tompkins Law Firm for help. I travel for my job, and I had gotten a citation while I was in Mississippi for not coming to a complete stop at a stop signal. I went ahead and paid the ticket, but the court was still assign a court date to me and requesting I pay the fine again or attend court. Since I live out of state, attending court isn't an option, and despite me talking to the court administrator, the letters in the mail about my scheduled court date kept coming to me . I worked with Anna and Chance, and they were greatly helpful. Within 24 hours of me reaching out, Anna was gathering information on my case, and within a week, everything was cleared up. Not only was their assistance timely, but their customer service was A+ as well. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very kind, courteous, and well mannered. I hope I don't end up in a situation like this again, but if I'm ever back in the golden triangle and need a lawyer, I know who to contact first.

Chance helped me with a bogus traffic ticket that I tried to fight on my own for several years, and he had it taken care of immediately! I cannot recommend this firm enough- including all the staff! Taylor was very helpful, and attentive; I go by my middle name rather than my legal name, and she even took the time to ask what name I prefer to be called by, This attention to detail and level of care is what set this firm apart from others.

I've used this firm several times ( I've got lead foot haha), and they always call you back promptly if you aren't able to speak with them right away. They're also not trying to shake you down for every penny and will let you know if you need them or not. Chance Fair was my lawyer
