We were impressed with the degree of professionalism we have seen with the employees at Louis Mechanical. In the last 6 months we have have used this company for two different issues..

Each and every employee that came to our home showed respect for our property, kept us informed of the progress, completed the repairs to our total satisfaction and left the work area in pristine condition. We have used several plumbers in the last 20 years and these people are head and shoulders above their competition.

We were also kept informed of the schedule and were always made aware of the their arrival timing. They showed up on time for every appointment. Fantastic.

Believe me we will be singing the praises of Louis Mechanical and their employees to anyone who is looking for a plumber. We are happy knowing if we have more plumbing issues - hopefully not - we at least know who to call and know that it will be done right.

I have been a customer for over 40 years. They are competent and skilled. Recently, I had a severe sink leak and all appointments were taken, but when a cancellation occurred, Jennifer was able to send the workers to me. They were pleasant and skillful. And Jennifer was very helpful---even telling me where and how to turn off the water supply.

I moved to Baton Rouge in 1974 and Louis Mechanical has been bailing me out of plumbing problems since 1974 (WOW I have grown old using this awesome company). I am so impressed with their service and recommend them whenever anyone has a need for reliable plumbing services. I am fixing to call them to service my 91 yr. old mothers home knowing they will be prompt, courteous, friendly and clean up after they are done. Even the small jobs like ours get top notch service. Louis Mechanical was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Tab and Tim came out and were fantastic. Not just because they successfully cleared our main line out (and found my clean-out buried under roots), but because they were friendly, pleasant, informative...all around the best plumbing call I could have expected. Will absolutely call again when I need a plumber and recommend to friends.

I was so impressed with Louis Mechanical! After a pipe burst in the freeze, they were able to quickly assess and repair the damage. I received three quotes on the phone from different companies, and I will say Louis Mechanical was the only HONEST one who did not take advantage of the unique freeze situation. Their "call out" fee was HUNDREDS less than the others I called. The communication between their office staff and myself was also FANTASTIC. It felt like you were dealing with family or friends. I will never use another plumber again.

Louis Mechanical has been my plumber of choice since becoming a home owner. Being that I own an older house, LM is very conscientious of telling me about preventative maintenance and working within my budget. One of their technicians in particular, Tim, has been very helpful, and straightforward with the assessments on what can be done to fix the plumbing and time/effort that it will take.

Vey professional, quick and courteous. They could easily have quoted us a price for new hw heater, but they fixed the simple problem. This is why we will continue to use their services and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Highly recommend this company!! I've used them several times and have always been pleased. They came out this time for a hot water heater issue, turns out it was just a small part that failed, they replaced the part and all was fixed.
