The Happy Shack

Such a fun store!! If you’re visiting the area like I am, you should stop in! Cute stuff and lovely staff.

The Happy Shack is a happy place! The staff unfailingly greet us when we enter. The store contains a wide variety of knick-knacks, so it's hard to classify the merchandise. My wife and I enjoy wandering around the twists and turns (don't miss the room downstairs!). We always discover something new. Often we find gifts for others, but just as often we end up taking something home for ourselves. Whether we purchase something or not, we try to stop by when we're in West Jefferson since walking through the Happy Shack never fails to put a smile on our faces!

Very interesting store with extremely friendly staff. They make you feel like family. You'll not find another store in this area that even comes close.

This IS a happy place to visit! Staff is terrific and what fun to walk through and see all the eclectic, lovely items for sale!
