Raymond Brown Well Company

Raymond Brown Well Company recently did our well and we had a great experience. They were very kind (Especially the person in the front office as I called for updates often and had a lot of questions). They took the time to get everything done quickly despite being put behind about a month because of rain. We appreciate them and their work!

They also ended up being a few thousand under quote which was great!

After coming out to check on our old well and determining that the old hand dug well had seen better days, Raymond Brown Well Co. came out to put us in a new well. Everyone was very friendly and answered all our questions and did everything the way we asked it to be done ( if possible). They even came to drill on a Saturday just to get the job done faster, as there were about 8 other jobs going on that time. Would highly recommend and we will be using them again in the future for maintenance and any other well related needs.

This company is the perfect example of why folks should stay local if they can. Last spring, they replaced the liner in an existing well and saved us thousands in drilling a new well. Today, the guys came out and installed a new pump, tank and buried the water line. They were fast and efficient and very reasonably priced. Can't ask for better. Thank you!

I have tried to get someone in Wilkesboro to put in my well, after being put off, I called the Brown Well office.
To my surprise friendly and very knowledgeable staff.Everyone I came in to contact with was a blessing to me.

This is my second time using Raymond Brown well company. Their owner Raymond Brown Senior was a top notch guy and was very helpful in this well location and very knowledgeable. The guys showed up and started and never slowed down til they had water. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a well and if I ever need another one, I will be using Raymond Brown again.

18+ months of dealing with excuses and poor contractors whilst building a new home. Who'd of figured my own general contractor's incompetence and inability to find a well company would turn into the only highlight of my build process. Raymond Brown installed the septic system and well for our new home- it was the easiest part of our building process thanks to their expertise. They’ve done work for our family and the local community for decades. Never had any issues with any of their work- they follow through on all their contracts. They returned to move my diaphragm tank when the time finally came to do so just as they promised. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful.

I have had a few problems with my well pump, control box and tank over the years and Raymond Jr has always been extremely responsive and completes the work in such a professional manner. He is detail oriented and let’s me know what is happening through out the process. Excellent company that I highly recommend them to everyone!!

These guys are professional. They also got to my well very quickly. They are months behind but they had a cancelation and my land was right up the road from where they were going to work. They finished my well in 2 days. They didn't leave a mess and they were very friendly. I would definately recommend them I'd you are in need if a well.

Great guys. They really know wells. They don't over charge, up sell, or do shady work.
They saved us thousands of dollars a plumber wanted to charge us to replace our entire well when it was only a few wires and the bladder under the house that needed replacing. We paid under 1,000$.

Great company!! Nice office staff. Raymond Brown is an honest, dependable man. No hidden cost, he is upfront about how much the work will cost. He dug us a new well when ours fell in.

If we could mark this with a 6th star, we would! We just bought our first house and before we've even made our first mortgage payment our well water stopped working. We had a different company out that dropped a marble into our well to guess the static water line at 350ft and then tried to pull our well pump unsuccessfully, and drew the conclusion that our well had collapsed and we would need a new well drilled by them. Afterwards, we found out the static water line for our well was at 600ft and the well itself was even deeper.

We called Raymond Brown who came out the very next day and used an actual measuring device (instead of a marble) and was able to bring a large truck out and succeeded in pulling our pump up and out of the well. The other company completely failed at this and drew the wrong conclusion, and suggested a more than $15k expense would be needed to drill a completely new well and to buy a new well pump. We lost so much sleep over this worrying how we would pay for such a large expense after having just bought our home. Raymond Brown found a simple wiring issue near the top of the well, and a lack of insulation on the wiring, both of which they were able to fix for us in under an hour, in the pouring rain no less! They also diagnosed a separate (minor) issue with our pitless connector which we will have them back out to repair on another day. They charged us a very reasonable amount for the repair today, left us with working water, and proved to us clearly that we did NOT need a new well drilled down over 600ft!

This company was used to dig a well for our new home about 4 months ago. We had an issue( unrelated to their doings )and sprung a leak. We made a call to them after business hours and they were out the next day with problem fixed!! Very nice group!! Highly recommend them!

When your water suddenly quits, It is an immergency. When I called R.B.Well Co.the secretary was welcoming and the response time from Danbury to Stuart was very quick. The problem was diagnosed quickly and repairs were made with precision. We had water in less than an hour! Great job, and fair price! Thanks so much!

Had pulsating water at my Airbnb in Staley, NC. The company is over an hour away from my house, they were out the next morning, instantly trouble shoot the issue, replaced tank and pressure switch. Just like that problem solved, great price, no nonsense.
