We like taking the dog to walk the track. He is in training, so a nice big area to work on the leash is great. It's quiet, not a lot of people at any time.

A great park for walk and jog. Make sure you watch your kids when they play in the kids area because there was an emergency today involving a child who got stuck in the swing. The EMS folks had to cut open the swing to release the child.

Grimes is a beautiful park in a decent neighborhood. It is sort of a hidden gem as it is not seen from the road. Many older adults and others from the surrounding neighborhood take their walks here. It is clean and open with a picnic table and playground. The walking path is gravel, but it is even. The trees have identifiers if you like to explore, you will enjoy this. This park is small but it is a great place to relax or get in some cardio.

Best place to get a workout, walk, play tennis, throw a frisbee or just enjoy a comfortable naturalistic view. The kids have a playground and it is a good neighborhood. You can feel safe, that is the plus.

Great 1/2 mile running trail. I have been running here many times, always friendly people and park is always clean and well kept. It is located in a nice neighborhood and there is a lovely playground. There is also a tennis court in the northwest part of the park.

I love this park too in Lexington, nc. It has a tennis court and a small walking/jogging track which is cool. I used to play tennis when I was younger I may start back someday lol.

We love walking here and playing on the playground. Always clean and well kept. The track is nice and flat for our old knees.

Great walking trail. Nice children's play area. Tennis courts need work. Check out the new Tree Identification signs sponsored by the Lexington Appearance Commission. Easy parking.

The sign when you go in says that gogs must be kept on a leash...ok. You walk 1/2 way around the loop and there is a sign that says no dogs allowed on the walking path. I walked my dog on the path. I would have cleaned up and excrement if needed. ???
