Very happy and pleased with the way my truck looks now. I was call by them multiple times on updates on my truck. They made me feel very welcome and at ease with the hole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sanded and refinished both fenders. Service was quick and flawless. Price was very acceptable considering others in the area. Hopefully I will not need another repair but if so I will definitely come back here.

TOP NOTCH SHOP! We had our '17 Nissan Armada that needed some body work from a fender bender. All other shops where 4-6 months out while J.S. Kustoms could fit us in much faster. There service was impeccable. This is a detail oriented shop and expect that. They wanted to see the vehicle first to verify the insurance company had everything correct and they could get the SUV repaired quickly with minimal schedule issues so our family could get back to both vehicles quickly. We had an issue with the bumper they received with damage but they corrected that quickly and their communication was top notch. They want to do everything perfect so they will verify the work needed can be completed to perfection by their team before excepting new clients. Again, FIVE stars and they earn it.

I was involved in a wreck that caused my car a lot of frontal damage, and they were so kind and communicated with me through the entire process. JS Kustoms body worked and painted the kit on my JZX90. Josh perfectly paint matched my existing paint and worked so incredibly hard to make the kit perfect. My rear bumper arrived in two pieces, but Josh somehow worked his magic and it looks absolutely seamless now. His attention to detail is insane and it truly shows in his work. My car has never looked better. Thank you again, Josh, for taking such good care of my car and making it truly shine!

Excellent and pleasant service. I had my bumper replaced on my Honda. It looks like it was never replaced. Service is fast, and reasonable priced. They worked with me for the best date to drop off my vehicle. Many places want you to work with THEIR schedule.

J&S Kustom has helped me twice now. Josh puts quality work into his trade. He does it right! He had his hands full matching the color paint on the rear bumper to the rest of the vehicle on my wife’s minivan and he nailed it. I highly recommend taking your needed repairs to Josh.

An adult deer demolished my front right fender, hood, radiator, bumper... The works. New to the area and didn't know where to go. Called around and spoke to Josh Smith. His customer service is outstanding. He gave me an estimate and pointed out everything that needed work. No BS. Straight forward. I recommend everyone to go to J S Kustoms just off that alone. They came through in one of the worst times. The owners are the type of people that give you hope that there are still good people in the world, woke up to my truck smashed and rear light torn off… with no note or nothing. Fortunately I found this gem of a shop, not only did they manage to fit me in to their busy schedule. They were able to do all the repairs in a professional and timely manner.

I brought my 14 Fusion Titanium and my fathers 15 Impala LS to JS Kustoms after some hail damage this past summer 2019 (Around 20k between the two). Hands down Josh stands by his work and is as honest as the day is long. He keeps his word and WILL NOT under any circumstance let a vehicle leave that isn’t up to his standards. If you want to trust a body shop this is the one because it’s his name that’s going out the door and he takes pride in that. Thank you Josh for all of your attention to detail and care you took with our vehicles.

If you're going through an insurance claim, especially if you aren't at fault, you need someone like Josh on your side. I learned so much just speaking with he and his wife about the process that the series of events dealing with the at fault insurer (Liberty Mutual) all make sense now. Be very careful when insurance companies are trying to have your car repaired. Used parts, entire portions of other cars and every other cost cutting measure will be on the table. Having a reputable collision shop on your side is huge because they won't risk their credibility by doing work that doesn't ultimately benefit the customer.

Fortunately, my own insurance (State Farm) took very good care of my family and I but without having Josh's expertise, experience and advice, I may have been more enticed to take the other company's repair estimate and it would have costed me a lot of money.

Kudos to you for running a business that you can be proud of, despite the difficult conversations that are sometimes required.

Josh does excellent work! He has repaired several cars for us. He really takes care of his customers and will help take care of communicating with the insurance companies. He treats your car as if it was his own.
